	Yeah, well... we're in the same boat when it comes to never seeing what's in these photos before. [The worst are on the bottom of the stack. She holds them in her hands before looking at him and... holding them out. Her voice is slightly weaker, but doesn't quite crack:] ... [ He takes the photos, steeling himself briefly before looking at them. This is the video all over again, ambiguous enough to not quite be proof but graphic enough to give him a pretty fucking good idea of what's going on in them. Jaw set, he looks and looks and looks and then, quietly, curls an arm around her shoulders to pull her in for a tight, possessive hug.

[Her arms slither around him and he's such a good anchor - she's not about to cry, but she does bury her face in against his neck. It hasn't quite sunk in all the way, it's hard to think about something that hasn't happened to you yet and accept it as your true reality. Babies, farm life, courier suits and gunshots... it's just what ifs. And for now, that helps her cope.

Deep breath.] I prefer the babies, honestly.

[ Okay, so maybe he's been lowkey worried that he might've trapped her into a life she wasn't that interested in, so hearing that it's an active choice helps. Even if it's babies or death. Maybe he should stop thinking about this. ]
