[Closed to Chuck. Even though he can't see her.]

[Normally Phanan is excellent about rolling with the punches this place throws at them. See being tiny the other day, for instance. Weird but he went with it. Today is not destined to be one of those days, although the doesn't know that quite yet. What he does know is he wakes up and Chuck is gone. But maybe it's something totally innocent. She could just be up already making breakfast or doing something else Chuck-like. No need to panic. Yet.]

Chuck?

[There will be panicking later though, all over the dome in fact. Even with all evidence pointing to her being lost in the dimensional stabilizer or whatever excuse the Wardens come up with for when people vanish he's not giving up hope just yet and is on a dome wide Chuck hunt.]

[He doesn't react to her touch because he doesn't feel it, and if there's any tugging on his arm or moving it around his brain just sort of makes sense of it. That's how dreams work, after all. It doesn't look like Hazel or Nico are here but he's less worried about that since they go off and do whatever fun things kids do these days pretty regularly. Since it looks like Chuck isn't here he pulls out his communicator and tries calling her.]

	The obvious places so far; the Dive, around the house, that sort of thing. She's not answering her communicator either. I asked the kids but neither of them have seen her. You haven't seen her? [Nope, he's not getting out of his dream that easily. As far as his nightmare is concerned Chuck isn't here today and that's the answer it makes him here. He sighs in frustration but doesn't actually freak out the way he wants to because despite everything he's been through Nico is still a kid and the last thing he needs is that.] She's probably around somewhere.

[It is the first time he's said it out loud and I'm not crying you're crying! It's such a big deal that he isn't going to make it a big deal because Nico doesn't like those and he wants him to keep calling him dad. But inside it's actually enough to make this day marginally less terrible.]
