[ Day 417 ] Action
[ Morning ]
_{[ Kirk's morning was not all that notable - unless one counted completely changing genders as notable. Kirk rather did, and he spent a good couple of hours revolving between panic, being pissed, and curios. After all, it wasn't every day you go from being a six food man to a six foot woman with a short bob and D-cups.

Eventually, he reasoned this must be a glitch, and as frustrating as it was, he could either hide in the apartment all day and be pissed, or live his life. He chose the latter, because like hell he was letting these Wardens mess with him and push him around. But it became immediately apparent that his first stop would need to be the clothing store. His normal black shirt fit well enough (albeit stretched at the front), but the jeans were no longer fit for his hips and his shoes were just a bit to big.

So one could find him wandering with ill fitting clothes, or trying them on in the shop, and after that he made his way to coffee shops for breakfast. Don't mind him licking the sweetness from his fingers as he devours a danish or two. ]}

[ Afternoon ]
_{[ From there he just did what he normally did. He walked through town, stopping in the library to pick up a new book from the stacks - maybe two. He made his way to the beach for a bit, attempting to read, which he couldn't concentrate on despite his best efforts. That being the case, he made his way to a quieter, more secluded part of the beach, stripping down and wading into the water to go for a swim (he found it much more soothing than the pool and it was a fascinating sensation in his new body). Eventually he tired of that, though, and after he dried he returned to his apartment to change into workout gear he'd acquired at the clothing shop and went to gymnasium instead. Yeah, punching things always did make him feel better. ]}

[ Early Evening ]
_{[ With little else in the way of evening entertainment, Kirk took dinner at one of the cafes again and then went to browse the bars, because damn this day had him yearning for a drink. He thought all of them in the dome could use a drink and it was a good thing that the drinks were free. Oh, was that a pool table? Please be a pool table, he needed just about anything to distract him right about now. ]}

[Well that's certainly a good response. All in the name of scientific analysis of course, not because he's enjoying it. If he's honest he's missed all the curves. He has no complaints about being with men - obviously - but this is one of those aspects he hadn't really realized he was missing until today. He runs a thumb over one of those nipples, watching for the response.]

There certainly seems to be an increased sensitivity.

[Sorry Kirk, but hands is all you're getting for now. Ianto is far too familiar with how picky the Wardens can be about this sort of thing, and he's already been punished twice in his time here for getting himself in trouble where bands are concerned. He isn't going to tempt himself with any more. He isn't stopping yet either though, and that flush is gratifying to watch. It's not something he get to enjoy with Spike this morning, vampire that he is.]

Youll have to get Wade to do some further experimentation for you. Unless you had something specific in mind.

No, nothing really specific. To be honest I was just curious what it felt like, when someone else touched them.

[He shoots him a look of surprising sympathy at that comment.] If you break a sex band license they slap you with a black band that throws up a forcefield to keep you from touching anyone. I've had it happen twice. You'd be surprised how quickly it gets to you.

[One hand begins to wander as he speaks, stroking down the skin of his stomach, his side, his back. If it's testing out new sensations he can oblidge that. Looking at it that way it is hard to pull back. He can't imagine waking up alone in a different body like that. The first thing Spike had done was initiate sex (not exactly unusual for their mornings it's true) and a lot of that had seemed driven by understanding and discovering an unfamiliar body. Being alone seems like it would have been much worse.]

It wasn't quite so different from being male, but the way they moved over him felt different, more sloping rather than sharp angles. The most pleasure was coming from his breasts still, and it was all getting a bit heady, to be honest.

Had he the chance, he would have definitely initiated sex that morning with Wade. It would have helped the first swamp of confusion and panic, but there was nothing to be done for it. Wade would just have to make it up to him later. ]}

[It had been torture for Jack as well. And he'd been surprised how badly it had bothered him.]

The first time? Four days. It wasn't too bad though, we'd only just arrived and we didn't know anyone else. As overwhelming as things can be when you first get here is enough to take anyone's mind off sex. It only happened because our timelines are a bit off. He'd watched me die a few months back in his past, but I didn't know that at the time. [Funny how calm he sounds about it all, even if his eyes are more focused on what his hands are doing than making eye contact. But it's been so long since he found out and there have been things that have happened to him since then that have been far worse than that death seems to be. He can live with it. It feels distant, unconnected to him in a way it certainly didn't when he first found out about it.]

The second time was three days but it felt much worse. Everything was so emotional after what had happened between me and Spike and it's hard to talk to someone or feel reassured by what they're saying when you can't even hold their hand. It made it much harder to talk about. There was also... there was a thing that happened here, notnas nice as this. Right in the middle of it. I would have liked to feel less alone during it. [Still no eye contact, still much more focused on tracing his hands over the smooth skin of Kirk's back and shoulders. He forces himself to look up and smile.] So. Learn from my mistakes, really.

Kirk closed the few inches that stood between them, wrapping his arms around Ianto and pulling him close into a hug. There was nothing sexual about it, despite his shirt still being pulled up. He hugged Ianto tightly, holding him there a quiet a moment. ]}

Don't do that. Don't try to pretend like it's all right when it's not.

[Sorry Kirk, but it will take more than that to crack him. He rarely opens up, he never has and they've already talked about more than he does with most people he's known for such a short time. Ironic,considering his recent fight about communication with Jack but this is different and he's never been one to share much personal. So he returns the hug and then steps back, hands to himself once more, lookibgnperfectly composed the way he always does.]

I assure you that in this case it is. It was a long time ago and I've quite recovered from it. You have my sympathies with the lack of touching today, though.

_{[ He figured. Ianto was like Spock in quite a few ways - he had plenty of emotion, so not that, but he was reserved and quiet, and didn't easily open up. Even so, even knowing that and knowing that Ianto probably wouldn't go deeper, he had felt he should do it. Just to let him know that someone else might care, that he wasn't so alone here if for some reason he couldn't or even didn't want to talk to Jack or Spike.

He tugged his shirt back down, watching Ianto with a concerned crease of his brows still. ]}

Appreciated. Have to admit I'm a little bit jealous of Spike just now.

	[Give him time and maybe. He's gotten better at actually having friends and talking to people here than he ever did at home. It's a step, and maybe next time Kirk asks a personal question he'll get something like a real answer.] I'll make sure to pass the thought along to him.
