[He thinks about it for a moment.] I enjoy the erhu. But... [He hesitates as he reaches out, a scaled, white claw tapping one of the piano keys to produce its sound.] I tried in the past, and the strings tend to break.

[Pausing, he lifts a hand up to his chin thoughtfully] Perhaps the flute? I am not familiar with most of the instruments in this place. There are flutes here, aren't there?
