Mal sings in operatic fashion today. Mostly recitatives, but there might be an aria.

[He really had no need to speak most of the day. Of course, there was a rather embarrassing moment in the stables where he sang his feelings to a horse, but he was certain no one was around for that. In fact, the moment that happened, he kept his mouth shut tight.

Until he went to the gardens though. Seeing Inara's shrine made him start again. And the aria he sang for his horse? Nothing as bad as what he was singing now. All flowerly and big words and... since when could he ever sing that loudly and hold a note that long?]
