[ It's easy enough to figure out the headset. He even listens to the message and information before he starts throwing a decidedly scruffy, Corellian-sized tantrum about it to whoever is on this thing that will pay attention. ]

Listen, this is General Solo. [ And isn't he glad he can finally pull rank, if there's anyone here he can pull rank on. ] If this is some kind of kriffing joke, it's not funny. But if it's not, then someone needs to tell me what's going on that contaminating carbonite is illegal, not to mention my fault.

[ Not that he'd think someone (one of the Rogues is his first guess) would pull a prank of this magnitude in the middle of a crisis that includes people getting entenched to power droids, but it would be nice if that were the case. Mostly because then he wouldn't really be in prison and could more effectively yell at someone about it. ]

Enough. [ From what he gathers, this guy already knows more than enough of far too many things, so Han isn't feeling especially generous with giving more specific ground here. He sighs, considers shutting off the comm entirely because he can't even be jealous properly with how overwhelming everything else is. ]

[ Han might be a little more gracious about things if he were Luke, but as it is he's frowning. Chewbacca is about as close as Han has to family outside maybe Leia and Luke, and he's got a protective streak no matter how little the Wookiee might need it from him. ]

Last I heard he's back on the Falcon and no one's punched him in the face yet, so he's doing a lot better than either of us.

[ There are... A lot of things Han wants to say in response to that. About Chewie and Leia and every other petty, jealousy fueled insult that's popped into his head since Leia told him about what had happened. He's also keenly aware that she may not be clutching at his arm anymore but she's still in the room, and that mention of face punching has her looking right at him.

It feels like he's taking a test, and screwing up now is just going to make things worse for her. ]

You think I'd give you the chance if you did?

Do you honestly expect me to be scared of you? Do I have to remind you that I know a lot about you, but you know hardly anything about me? [ Even if Leia's spilled every bean there is, that doesn't amount to much. ]

I'm not trying to-- [ Scare you is how that would've ended if Han wasn't opting for a frustrated sigh and rubbing his face with his hands for a few seconds, like it'd help. Stars, it's been a long day and it just keeps stretching longer. His head hurts and he feels exposed in a way he doesn't like at all, a way he hopes doesn't involve the worst parts of his past. ]

Sorry I'm not thrilled about waking up in prison and finding out about all this, but let's get one thing clear. Just because you saw what happened doesn't mean you know me.

	I know. That's exactly why, for the past six months, I haven't said a word about it. Leia isn't the first one I've recognized. I made a decision on my first day here to keep movies and real life experiences separate and if I'd had my way, I would've continued to keep that knowledge secret. So... wanna try this again? I'm not looking to get anyone killed. [ He's a little offended by the implication. Besides, going by his crimes list he's done more than enough of getting people killed, virtual (and that is a thought that still makes him a little queasy) or not. ]

[ There's a small handful of beings Han tolerates doing that to his face, and Reid definitely isn't one of them. ]

	Yeah, I get that. Everyone here seems real helpful. [ It's just that it's his first day, and it'll take more than this for him to get over the kissing-Leia issue.
