[Don't think he doesn't notice that stiffness in Spike's movements or that he's going to get out of Ianto taking care of him the rest of the night. And frankly if this is the sort of treatment he's going to get for it Spike can feed on him any time he likes. He catches his breath as that tongue works its way up his length, hips twitching despite his best efforts to stay still.]

[Not needing to breathe is pretty great alright. Ianto is almost jealous given what a hard time he's having catching his own breath right now. He can't stop his hips from twitching up more erratically, rapidly losing control as his fingers clench in Spike's bleached hair. A few more strokes of his mouth and that's it, that's all he can take and he's coming in spike's mouth with a cry.]

[Ianto lets him drape himself across his chest, wrapping an arm easily around him. He still has his t-shirt on but he'll shed it once his legs start working enough for them to migrate to bed. They wear too many clothes. Which reminds him! He gets a hand free long enough to fish around on the floor for his pants and pull out the small box in his pocket. He picked it up on his way home from talking to Sam and forgot about it in all the excitement. The ring inside is a simple silver band, one that should go with most of the other jewelry Spike wears while still being special.]

He's never been more certain of a decision in his life. Once its on he catches Spike's mouth for a kiss, so unbearably happy he can hardly think.]

[He laughs affectionately, wrapping an arm around Spike's waist anyway as they make their way to the bedroom. Just because vampires have a faster recovery time doesn't mean he won't worry about his injuries, not until they're fully healed. Once they reach the bedroom he lets go long enough to tug his shirt off then climbs into bed so they can cuddle properly.]

I'm sorry for what Sam did. I can't help but feel like its my fault.

He's a guy who thought it was a better idea to stab someone than use his big boy words. [ Which, normally, Spike would be 100% behind but this time was the one getting stabbed so there you go. ]

That is an apt description of him. [Right now at moments like this with Spike (or someone else?) he could never imagine feeling self-conscious or uneasy. But he's always going to feel nervous sharing this part of himself with strangers. It might be easier if he could just say he was gay but he falls somewhere hard to define with what he likes and that makes him question himself as well as other people's perception of him. He thought he could at least trust Sam with it.]

I'm glad you're going to be my husband. [The word feels new, like it's his first time hearing it and he has to repeat himself.] Husband.
