day 297, open video.
[Here's Percy looking pale and a bit... off. It's been a rough morning. One minute he's falling asleep in prison, then the next minute he's fighting the goddess of victory (and nearly dying), and then fighting Polybotes (and nearly dying again), before waking up in prison, right where he'd left off. But there was no way it had just been a dream.

When he speaks, his voice is hoarse like he'd been through a nasty coughing fit. The poison Polybotes had used against him hadn't been a joke and the experience was still fresh in his mind. Just thinking about it was enough to nearly send Percy back to choking and gagging.]

Okay, woke up confused and in pain. [A slight wince as he puts a hand against his throat as if that'll help.] I seriously don't know what's going on right now. Kind of having trouble figuring things out and my memories are all over the place.

I'm, like, a decent percent sure that I'm not dying, at least. I mean, I could be wrong, but I sure hope not. I'd hate to die in this thing.
