Is this how it's going to be? Step out of line and you get punished? I thought the wardens doling out punishments out was bad enough, but I guess not.

I'm sorry. I hope I'm not getting in the way of anything. [She was just worried. Partially because Rose seemed upset and she does try and help everyone if she can. But also because the force was started by friends of hers. Gino and then Suzaku. She doesn't know the current leader well, and maybe she's placed too much faith in it continuing to run the way they ran it.]
