[It looks like Kitty on the video screen, but the actions are very out of character since she is currently phasing her hand through everything she can reach; a plate, a book, the tarantula cage on the desk. She tries to phase through her own head and ends up smacking herself in the face. The smirk that follows is one that should be very recognizable to anyone who knows Ton Phanan.]

Hey, does this mean I get to be in charge of the Defense Force? I've always loved the idea of minions. My first order is that you should all were silly hats.

Even more so then — I didn't really leave the house. I mean, I went out into the yard of course... but I couldn't leave them on their own for too long. I was homeschooled, so there wasn't that many opportunities to meet other kids. [ Lonely existence that didn't improve much after she died. A little, but not much. She's kind of making up for lost time here. ]

I could make you one, you know. An eyepatch. Aunt Lily lost her eye in a freak kitty litter accident and she'd always make the most beautiful eyepatches, full of sequins and pearls...

	Sounds really lonely. Was their health bad or something, that you couldn't leave? [He almost asks if the eye bothers her but he knows it doesn't and that seems like a mean thing to say. As for the offer it's both odd and sweet which are two words he's finding he associates a lot with Chuck.] Alright. Can't hurt to try it out. But only if it's very fancy. [ The eye doesn't bother her. It's actually one of the things she's found herself really fond of when it comes to him — he's weird and damaged, just like her. It just shows more on him. If anything, the eyepatch is something she thought he might like but hadn't given much thought before. Something to draw attention rather than hide it. He seems like the kind of guy who'd appreciate that.

She smiles brightly, which he can actually see now that she's moving to sit opposite to him. Makeup time. ]

[ Rummaging through her kit. ] Vivian was— close your eyes — Vivian was born with a heart condition so she was always kind of fragile and after the kitty litter accident they quit their careers as famous synchronized swimmers and became shut-ins instead. I'm pretty sure that Lily would've had liquid meals every chance she got if I hadn't taken care of them...

It makes him feel like she really means it.] I don't think she meant it quite like that. She was trying to help, especially with the eye. But I don't think I could. If I did that and then got sent home and went back to the way I was. I couldn't take it.

[ She does mean it. She means it a lot because yes, he is eccentric and weird and sometimes she doesn't understand his sense of humor but none of that makes him any less a person. It just makes him... him and she's grown quite fond of that dorky guy. If he wanted to fix himself up then good for him, but it wouldn't change the way she sees him one bit. Not in any way that mattered, at least. ]

I think I get that. Some things are better left the way they are, even if it's hard. [ You know what time it is? Hug time. ] You'll get another one when you're back in your own body. This is just for now.
