[ this is elena's pleasantly surprised face - she wasn't sure shed be able to find anyone here. there was always the salon, but on principle she'd rather have someone living and not keeping her prisoner do it. ] I'd love that. I'm really not sure what I'd want; it's been awhile. [ she's kept her hair straight and long and for years. ] Maybe layers or something. Is that possible?

I believe layers would be lovely with your face shape. Perhaps we should meet in person? I think it would be easier to visualize if I could actually see your hair in person?
