	I haven't exactly bumped into either at the grocery store, but it sounded like the raptors belonged here at least. They said it wasn't intentional, so the question is, if they can't keep the wrong prisoners from ending up here, who's to say we don't have prisoners here that aren't even worse? They might not even realize they're hanging around. What security breaches do they not know about? Even an AI isn't perfect.

[But this is Richie having paranoid thoughts and he should really try to calm down about that.] The best thing we can do is prepare for the next time this happens. Because it will. It's happened before.
