[ liz is one of the lucky few who didn't spill her guts to the class yesterday, but that doesn't mean she feels entirely comfortable with everything that's been going on. So, in an effort to help get herself back on some sort of a schedule, she's taken to patrolling the dome today. she probably should just keep to one little area, but habits are hard to break and she's slowly coming to see this prison as her new "town." that means the whole place needs to be protected and that's what she's doing.

so she can be found wandering just about anywhere in the dome except sector 6. ]

[ later on, she leaves a message for everyone from mystic falls, just to check up on them. ]

[Anna is wandering section two after perusing the library for a book to read. She's read many of the classics more than once, so this time she's found something more current -- something called The Book Thief. It sounds interesting, so she checked it out. She'll probably have it finished by morning since she needs very little sleep in order to function. She almost runs right into Liz and she freezes, recognizing the woman immediately. She doubts the sheriff will remember her, though.]

[She knows that Liz is a big part of the reason the council in Mystic Falls had been so successful in their vampire-hunting. Not to mention the fact the woman had shot Jeremy once. Which she knew had been an accident, and Jeremy had been brought back thanks to Bonnie's magic. Still. She's not entirely comfortable knowing the woman is there in the same confined space she's in. Then again, she also knows Liz's own daughter is a vampire like her. She wonders how much the sheriff's opinion has truly changed on the whole topic because of that.]

Sorry. [Avoiding is probably the best solution, so she goes to move around the blonde woman.]

[ anna's right; after everything that's happened, liz doesn't remember her. neither was she ever made aware of what anna is, which is probably for the best. she's also unaware of the vampires john gilbert and mayor lockwood had had her deputies catch through their stupid plan, a plan that ended in the mayor's death. though her view on vampires is different these days, she's still having trouble fully dealing with her former prejudice. caroline is a big part of that; without her daughter, liz wouldn't be able to manage this and being here would be a lot more difficult.

even so, there's something inherently familiar about this girl and liz turns towards her, confusion and interest written on her face. ]

[Crap. Sure, a lot of people around this place already knew what she was -- most of the people from Mystic Falls, plus a few of the others she'd talked to her first day. And because of those damn group therapy sessions. But none of them had been overly alarmed about her presence. She's worried that won't be the case this time. She turns reluctantly to face Liz.]

No. I don't think so. I've only been here a couple days.

[ liz has become a lot more open-minded since shooting jeremy. the one good thing that came out of that whole mess had been liz's abrupt change. she'd been faced with an impossible situation and the only way out of it was to accept that everything she had previously believed was wrong. she's coming to notice a lot of other vampires here and though she's making note of them, she's trying very hard not to judge them immediately. the same would be true of anna... if she knew. ]

Well, if you have questions, I can try to answer them. I'm not as familiar as some people... but I might be able to answer some.

[ oh yeah, and an introduction might be nice, too. ]
