[ liz is one of the lucky few who didn't spill her guts to the class yesterday, but that doesn't mean she feels entirely comfortable with everything that's been going on. So, in an effort to help get herself back on some sort of a schedule, she's taken to patrolling the dome today. she probably should just keep to one little area, but habits are hard to break and she's slowly coming to see this prison as her new "town." that means the whole place needs to be protected and that's what she's doing.

so she can be found wandering just about anywhere in the dome except sector 6. ]

[ locked voice to the mystic falls crew ]

[ later on, she leaves a message for everyone from mystic falls, just to check up on them. ]

Everyone doing okay today?

[Crap. Sure, a lot of people around this place already knew what she was -- most of the people from Mystic Falls, plus a few of the others she'd talked to her first day. And because of those damn group therapy sessions. But none of them had been overly alarmed about her presence. She's worried that won't be the case this time. She turns reluctantly to face Liz.]

No. I don't think so. I've only been here a couple days.

[ liz has become a lot more open-minded since shooting jeremy. the one good thing that came out of that whole mess had been liz's abrupt change. she'd been faced with an impossible situation and the only way out of it was to accept that everything she had previously believed was wrong. she's coming to notice a lot of other vampires here and though she's making note of them, she's trying very hard not to judge them immediately. the same would be true of anna... if she knew. ]

Well, if you have questions, I can try to answer them. I'm not as familiar as some people... but I might be able to answer some.

[ oh yeah, and an introduction might be nice, too. ]

Likewise. [It's definitely better than judging, but Anna's done a fair amount of just that herself. Here though, she's mainly kept to her own place, except during the groups and today's outing. She knew that wasn't necessarily a good thing, but she was still trying to get used to suddenly being corporeal again, after having been a ghost for so long.]

My home town is in Virginia. Mystic Falls. I know the name sounds tacky [ especially for a stereotypical supernatural town, now that she thinks of it. ] but it's a good place.

[ a good place and she misses it, oddly enough. she doesn't miss the insanity, exactly, but she misses it as far as it being her town.

pause. ]

Still hoping that yesterday's group therapy sessions won't become the new normal.

[ that's a safe topic, right? probably not. oh well. ]

[That's one she's glad she didn't have to go to. She didn't really have issues with her family, though, unless you counted Katherine as pseudo family, and she really, really didn't. Not anymore. Not for a long time. Still, Anna grimaces at her admission.]

Abandonment issues. [It wasn't exactly a good time, but it's over now and she's glad about that. She isn't going to mention the other group -- struggling with my humanity.]
