[Action]
[Lacus is no stranger to cabin fever, given that space travel can be rather claustrophobic. Being forced to bed by injuries, however, could not be more different. She still has limited energy, and so she permits herself only a few essential errands. A blue winter scarf, Sougo's Christmas gift, is loosely around her neck to cover the healing wounds where Spike bit her several days ago.]

[Errands done and Lacus carrying her bag of groceries and other assorted things, she finds herself wandering. When she's not at peace internally she finds herself seeking places that she finds calming: the koi pond, the beach, the butterfly pavilion, random pathways in between which she walks in no particular hurry. She wouldn't mind company...]

[As if sensing so, her pink haro bounds ahead, finding the nearest person and addressing them excitedly as he bounces in place.]

Hello, hello! Friend!

((OOC: Find her at any of the places mentioned or walking with her haro through the sectors! Anyone who can notice by supernatural means that she's been bitten by a vampire is free to do so.))

[She's a little tired having spent a few hours out and still lacking her usual energy, but a promise is a promise. Sougo has been wonderful to her and the least she can do is make him smile. Even if the things he asked her to get confuse her.]

[Her outing was timed well, and she's back and changed before he gets home from patrolling. As soon as he enters their apartment, a smiling Lacus approaches him wearing -- well. What the Plush Rump thinks is a kitty outfit. It's not as though there were a lot of options for costumes when the Wardens aren't planning a holiday, and he said he wanted kitty ears!]

[She does a full turn so Sougo can get a good look at her.] Do you like it?

[She sets the kitty bowl on the table so she can use her hands to lift her hair out of the way as she tilts her head, giving him a better look at the healing wounds.] I'm doing much better. You can tug as much as you want... Master Sougo.

[Might as well get into character now! Lacus steps in closer to him, so he can slip the collar on. She is deadly serious about doing whatever he wants, even if it seems strange or off-color.] You've done so much for me, please let me repay you.

[She wants to play. Okay, then he can play too. What did he have to lose? Acting is always tons of fun for him anyway, and after Sougo's version of a "hard day's work" it was time for a little fun.

Sougo puts the collar on with a little smile.]

Come here, pussycat. Let us have a feast. [He pats her head, then holds up a finger.] Wait right here.

[He goes with something that's easy and quick, and gets himself some slices of bread and some sliced meats, cheese, and veggies to make himself a sandwich, and sets it on a plate. He sets his plate on the table.

He takes another slice of meat and plops it onto the pet bowl. That pet bowl is now on the floor next to where he seats himself at the table.]

The feast begins now!

[Pussycat, hm? She doesn't mind being called that, even if his other request isn't something she'd ordinarily do. If only her Council knew about this...]

[But they don't. They're not here for her the way Sougo was. And so despite her rather substantial pride, Lacus lowers herself to her knees beside Sougo's chair and gathers her hair to one side. She nuzzles her cheek against his leg, that's something cats do so she figures it's in character enough. She places the edge of her leash in his lap for future use.]

[Not especially hungry, she doesn't find the bit of deli meat terribly appetizing. But if it makes him happy, it's fine. With grace that should be impossible for someone in her position, Lacus leans down and nibbles at the edge of the meat before sitting back on her heels.]

[Kira would hate this, and would hate Sougo for asking her to do it even though Lacus plainly offered. She pushes the thought aside. It's a favor for someone she cares deeply about, and costs her nothing. It's fine. She smiles up at him.]

[Sougo watches her, contemplating other things he can do. She volunteered to do this and all, but that makes it different. He wasn't into treating her terribly, writing on her face with permanent marker, pouring a soda can drink up her nose, threatening with a whip, among many of the other things he would usually do to ridicule girls.

He has a bite of his sandwich.]

Oi, Pussycat, eat up. Afterward we're gonna go for a short walk. And if you're lucky, Master Sougo will give you some... attention. [He puts emphasis on that to make it sound like some kind of terrible thing.]

[That name again. She shouldn't like it, it's meant to be demeaning. She does anyway. Even if nothing else about this is especially comfortable. Perhaps it takes time to acclimate.]

[Lacus swoops down to eat the rest of that meat slice (aren't cats supposed to eat fish and milk?) and then shifts to fold her arms over his lap and rest her head there. Slowly exhaling, she passes the air over her tongue so it vibrates, making a purring sound. Cats are demanding, she understands.]

[Once he has finished his sandwich, his focus is back on Lacus. He gives her some headpats before getting up, grabbing the leash, indicating the start of their walk!!

Their walk to the living room. Yes. A short walk indeed, but he was entirely too tired and lazy to make more of an effort, combined with not really wanting to ridicule her, so he couldn't possibly bring her out in public like this, not when he had respect for her.

He plops himself onto the sofa and sprawls out on it, then pats the edge of the sofa where he wanted her.]

Here, here, kitty. Master Sougo will give you some attention.

[His leading her by the leash is somehow more comfortable, and so Lacus has no trouble following on his heels. She vows to be more enthusiastic next time; it may be strange, but that's not for her to decide.]

[Eager to make it up to him, she obediently sits and shows him a good smile. She is careful to arrange her tail so she's not sitting on it!] I would like that, Master Sougo. I'll do whatever pleases you. [She leans closer, the tip of her nose gently nuzzling his shoulder.]

[He slips a hand under her chin to give her chin strokes, as if she were a real cat.]

You're such a good pussycat. I can't decide if that's a good or bad thing. Or perhaps I've trained you well, unintentionally.

[He nods.]

Um. [Okay, now what, is what he's asking himself.] So... what did you do today? [Rather than openly admitting he wouldn't ridicule her, he thought a conversation would be a good enough distraction.]

[Her head falls back to let him scratch. Strange, but nice.]

I went out for a walk with Pink and picked up some groceries. [Last night she approached Spike at the concert, but she's not about to say that.] I wore the scarf you gave me.

[But what he just said is bothering her a little, so she has to ask.]

...Why would it be bad that I'm good at it? Is this not what you want?

Mm, I think part of it is that it's been too easy. [He holds a finger to his lips.] While I like this, I like a challenge too, you know? Nothing should ever be too easy... Don't tell anyone, but maybe I like to be topped a little... Like if you were to do something like punch me in the face right now, that would be great.

[With her chin on his shoulder, Lacus slowly smiles, fittingly not unlike a feline creature.] Is that so? But I couldn't punch you...

[She may be weaker than usual, but she's still a Coordinator, and still strong and quick. Grabbing Sougo's shoulders, she gives him a good shove and aims to pin him to the couch, flat on his back. His hands are free, but she won't make it easy to get out of this.]

Your secret is safe with me. Master Sougo.

[He approves! He puts his hands on her shoulders.]

What's this? Is the pussycat actually a lioness in disguise?

[Then he tries to get her off and take control again. After getting her off using her shoulders doesn't work, he tries her waist, even poking at her sides a little.]

The Master tries to reclaim ownership, but the lioness won't give up without a fight!

[Yes, he's now become the narrator for their actions.]

Indeed. If Master Sougo wants me in handcuffs, he'll have to earn it.

[At first she locks her arms and is successful in keeping him pinned down, but once he pokes at her sides she lets out a little squeak and wriggles. He's found her ticklish spots, the villain! The loss of concentration weakens her hold, and gives him the opening he needs. her arms buckle and she falls against him, trying to cover her sides.] Master Sougo plays dirty!

[Only Sougo could have Lacus dressed as she is while squirming on top of him and be focused on competition. She finds it endearing, really, because it means he thinks of her first as a friend. Even if her own competitive side is the tiniest bit vexed at being, in a sense, ignored.]

[She grabs his hands and holds them against her waist so he won't be able to tickle her anymore!] Does that mean Master Sougo wants his kitty to bring out her claws? [If her tail were real, it'd be swishing right now.]

[Lacus bats his hands away and sits up, her weight holding his legs down in what would be a very provocative position if anyone were to walk in. Her quick hands try to nab his wrists and hold them fast above his head. No more tickling, mister.]

Now, where did those handcuffs go...? [She glances over to the side table where they ended up, within arm's reach if they stretch.] Shall we see who can get them on the other?

Hell yes we should! Not that it would be a surprise -- You couldn't possibly top the master!

[Really, though, he wouldn't be mad if she did. He's just acting his part! Playing like this was really fun, not to mention hot. But he couldn't possibly admit that! He felt it would ruin the moment.

In any case, he tries free himself from her grasp to try reaching the handcuffs. Maybe if he wiggles around, it would help somehow!]

[Hovering above him, she gives him an impish smile. Never let it be said that Lacus doesn't know how to tease. And more importantly, he's smiling and having fun, so she couldn't possibly stop -- of course, she's having a good time too. It's nice to spend time together and not be full of melodrama for once... even if this situation isn't one she could tell people about.] I can only try my hardest, Master Sougo.

[Lacus tries to hold both his wrists down with one hand and reach for the cuffs with the other, but she's not truly strong enough to pull it off, which she well knows. It won't be fun if it's easy!]

I'm already imagining how I'll disable your hands and do my best to find your ticklish spots.

[And here's where being only 5 foot 2 is harmful, Sougo definitely has a longer reach. When his armhold yanks her downward her advantage is instantly gone, and she's forced to let go of his wrist.]

Me, cheat? [She grabs the sleeve of his outstretched arm and tries to keep him from getting a grip on those cuffs! There are actually a plethora of ways she could really cheat, but those would involve things that would probably embarrass him and destroy his fun.]

[Once he beats her to the handcuffs, Lacus wraps her arms around his chest so her hands are pinned between his back and the sofa cushions. He still has to get them on her to win!]

Smooth, Pussycat.

[Real smooth, making it a challenge to get the handcuffs on her!

He holds onto the handcuffs and lifts himself up somewhat so he can try to get her hand from his back. He then holds the chain of the handcuffs with his teeth and sits up.

He grins at her, yes, handcuffs in his mouth and all. Yeah, he would surely get her now as he tries to grab her by the wrists! Holding onto him won't help her now!]

[Lacus makes a sound of mock indignation as Sougo sits up and goes for her hands, but then she gets a fantastic idea.]

[She lets him have her hands, but as soon as he grips them she leans forward and snags one of the dangling cuffs with her own mouth and (gently) tugs backward. She would never want to hurt his teeth by yanking too hard, it's more playful than truly an attempt to get them away... but if he lets go, she'll take it.]

[Sougo is not letting go! No way! He continues biting on the handcuffs and holding her wrists, planning his next move. He doesn't want to pull back because he feels he would go about it in a rough manner, and he wouldn't want to hurt her or himself. Instead, he nudges her with his nose, and pokes at her sides again.

Never reveal weaknesses to a sadist! Wiggle wiggle, Pussycat!]

[She's foiled again, since his tickling makes her laugh and her lips have to release the handcuff. Wiggle she does, shifting around as best she can in a futile attempt to squirm enough that he'll stop.]

[Beginning to be slightly winded from being cruelly tickled, she has to admit defeat. Lacus presses her forehead to his and looks not the slightest bit put out about losing.] I suppose you win. What are you going to do with me?

[She can't help the way that question sounds, given how very intimately they're positioned. That she's a tad out of breath doesn't help either.]
