	Normally, I wouldn't condone the whole compelling thing, [ given the things he doesn't remember, given what happened to his sister and what jeremy told him elena had damon do that one time ] but if it comes to it and you can use compulsion to get her freedom to make her own choices back... Shortly after Stefan and Niklaus arrived. Stefan had let them know I killed Elena in the future -- as you can imagine, that news didn't go well with Damon.
