226 [Action] | Closed party for Merlotte's employees
[Sam has encouraged his employee's to take the holiday off to go and enjoy the snow or festivities while they last (This is part of their gift from him). He won't force people to leave if they insist on working but Merlotte's probably won't be very busy anyway.

Later this evening he'll close the bar down for a christmas party he's throwing for his employee's. They've been told they can bring one guest of their choosing, be it a friend, significant other or a family member! Food, drinks, music, gifts, the whole shebang just for his wonderful volunteers. Happy Holidays!]

Buffy - A silver necklace With a thicker made chain so if she needs to use it ...
Sookie - A pair of earrings
Lacus - A Lotus necklace
Rose - A bottle of red wine
Spike - A bottle of whiskey-- Both packaged together "For the happy couple. Seasons Greetings. Sam"

[Buffy shows up Sam's Christmas party wearing this. She's cheerful, happy to have someone she loves to spend the holiday with. It's also really nice to have a party to go to.

She's pleasantly surprised when Sam gives her his gift. It's not that she didn't expect him to have good taste, or that she didn't realize gifts were being given (she's got one for him), it's just that the necklace is beautiful and different from anything else she has.]

I love it.

[Her words are sincere and it's clear from the adoring look on her face that she means it.]
