Day 222 — Morning Greeting
[The sound of a trumpet rings out before a mechanical, quick-speaking, energetic voice rings out.]

This just in! It's the morning of Day 222 here in Squall Asylum. Here's hoping you're all refreshed and ready for the day! We have some special activities just for you!

You have a whopping full hour to get dressed, report to the kiosk for your rations and then prepare and eat your breakfast before reporting to the yard for exercise time. Don't worry about showering just yet, folks. That comes after the two-hour exercise block where you will stretch and engage in your choice of walking, jogging, or running for your cardio followed by resistance training. Weights will be provided in a variety of sizes! We'll even allow brief rest breaks complete with water refreshments!

But it doesn't end there! Next, you'll all head into the showers. The last ones there will smell like the rotten eggs the longest! After that, you have an hour of meditation where we will have absolute silence followed by a one-hour lunch period. Make sure to clean up after yourselves!

The next four hours are very important and full of options! You can choose to work on the farm, break rocks in the yard, or clean clothes and linens in the laundry facility. You can even do all three. Just make sure to spend at least an hour at each destination. No wafflers in this prison! During this time you will be led away to the hospital for a physical inspection to make sure your body is in full working order.

Your evening is your own for further food preparation and free time until lights out.
