[ welcome to elena's room. it's filled with things. and boxes. some things are in some boxes. she's thought twice about making this video, and then thought twice about making it public (klaus) but on her second thought, she decided to stop hiding in the network.

I think we should keep our conversations private for now. Even if it's just something silly. It's not a good idea for you to have Klaus' attention. Even if Rebekah's already told him... 	Some parts of it are absolutely dreadful, but I make a point to stay away from those. On the whole - and to address the non-literal meaning of your question - it's far from awful and I am very fond of it. [Or, well. The human world. It would be boring to come from a world that was only one of the two, wouldn't it? [Either good or bad, that is. "It's my world" and "I miss it", though... he can relate to that well enough. After all the years he's spent in exile he can't help but miss his real world at times, despite all the fun the human world has proven to be.]

Homesickness is a common affliction, though, inconvenient as it is. I'm sure it happens occasionally even when the "home" in question is one of these imfamous bad-through-and-through worlds.

	It might be easier. I don't think it'd be real. 	Mine? [At least the smile softens somewhat at that.] All over the place, really. We're a scattered bunch. You know what it's like - one crazy aunt takes off with all the antique silverware and suddenly you've got cousins spread out all over the country. I am, at least, fairly sure none of them are here.
