Summary: 2nd Choosing Ceremony

It was odd. All rooms looked different in the nighttime from what they did during daylight. That wasn’t odd. What was odd was how different the pavilion looked from this side as opposed to the other side where Alicia had been sitting a week ago. She was still sitting, she was still dressed to the nines, still looking across to seven incredibly handsome wizards, Lee was still there, and there was still a stand with roses between them. The only difference, really, was that now she was one of the people who got to choose. No, not got to; had to.

Before she could muse any further than that, Lee looked up from his notes and in an instant he was The Host, Lee Jordan, and he was intonating his words – just so – while looking at the camera – just so – as he welcomed them all yet again.

“A week ago, after each wizard had chosen one witch that they would like to get to know better, we said goodbye to Ginny. Tonight, Finbar will be part of the choosing ceremony after spending a week, along with the rest of the group, getting to know each other. So with no further ado; Ladies, please give a rose to the wizard you would like to get to know better. Lavender, if you would get us started.”

Bill had to say, he was quite surprised by being chosen by Meghan. He'd figured he wouldn't be Lavender's choice, though he'd had a good time on his date with her. But he rather expected to be chosen by Melinda, or hoped to, at least. Not that he minded so long as he stayed in the game. He sent Melinda a glance before stepping forward to accept the rose from Meghan. He smiled at her. "Why, thank you," he said.

”Well, any time, Bill!” Meghan grinned, spreading her arms in welcome before she moved over to pin the rose to Bill’s shirt. The man was hot, and he probably knew, however, Meghan was already well aware that Bill never would have chosen her if he had been the one to choose. Still, things needed to be shaken up, which was also why she leaned in and pressed a kiss – that was sure to leave a lipstick mark – to his cheek. “Cheer up,” she murmured to him, “I just upped your stock with the baker.”

	He couldn't help but grin at the vivacious woman before him. He bussed her cheek, having no idea that she'd left lipstick on his cheek. "Ahh, I see. Sneaky woman, you," he said jovially, willing to be in on some fun especially if it got him the attention he liked best from the woman he liked already. (Reply to this) (Parent)
