Lee stepped forward, his smile properly secretive and his gaze just hazy enough for the cameras to pick. “It’s been six weeks,” he started, then let the façade drop, as per the manuscript, as he addressed the contestants. “Six weeks! Can you believe it?” Before he fell back into the role of the host. “It’s been six weeks since we opened the villas to you, and in those six weeks, we have watched all sorts of different relationships blossom, from the simplest of friendships to… dare I say it? True love. For this very reason, tonight’s choosing ceremony will be slightly different. Witches, if you’d please?”

He gestured for them to move up to where they had been during the previous choosing ceremonies.

After a beat, Lee continued, "Ladies, tonight you need not give a rose unless you give your heart with it. If you'd like to walk into the sunset - so to speak - with a wizard of your choosing, ask him to accept your rose. If you feel you haven't made that perfect love connection here in paradise, feel free to say so. And of course, if you'd like, you're always welcome to come back next time."

He took a breath and called Romilda foward, handing her a rose, and said, "Remember, the choice is entirely yours."

Adrian was breathing steadily, on purpose, trying to keep himself together. This was the hard part. Alicia was a good woman, with a strong streak in her that he'd seen in school but hadn't ever thought of. She was a Gryffindor through and through. She was also beautiful, and kind, and moral. It was his last one that worried him. Adrian's family weren't Death Eaters, but they certainly hadn't been the best example of tolerance and his family secrets from the war... Those were things he didn't know he'd tell anyone, things he couldn't share, which would probably mean he could never really be with anyone. But those were things to worry about after the show had ended.

He nodded when she spoke to him, "I'd like that very much," he said, his voice coming out weaker than he hoped in his nerves. He smiled, and moved toward her, his gaze steady despite the way his palms felt clammy.

	With Adrian’s smile, Alicia’s smile warmed. It made her feel warm and that delicious rush in her tummy that she had only experienced a couple of times before. “I’m glad to hear that,” she said, holding her hand out to him. (Reply to this) (Parent)
