So far, most of that seems to not happen here. Occasional mysteries, and odd conflicts, but no gang activity that I know of.

That's good. I couldn't walk for a while. Then needed therapy. Looking back now, I was in the best place for my recovery. But it already looks like you won't follow that same path.

I imagine it would have been worse if I'd been behind the wheel. Probably being drunk and being kind of out of it is the only reason I survived the hit.

There are people here who are dead back home, they have a second chance at life.

People get to have families when they might not back home.

You get the chance to start over, to follow a different path.
