Oh thank God my shower works again. My hair was in desperate need of washing.

I have been sober for a year.
Which is fucking amazing when you consider the last half a year.
I'm not using exercise for a crutch and my eating habits are such that I feel comfortable eating sugar again.

Anyone who says therapy is useless, please allow me to scream at them for you. With an air horn.

	I believe, here, we should be used to the dome doing something like this. Perhaps it's a way to learn how to do things outside of the dome, including making our own oils, soaps, and shampoos. Though, that probably would sound like a lot to someone. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
