When: 11pmish
Warnings: Nyssais a warning. TBD otherwise?
Theme Song: "No Good by UNSECRET & Ruelle

She sat at a table, watching people. She always watched people, needing to know what was going on around her at all times. She had a drink, and she'd had one earlier. But she was not planning on getting drunk. She had a lot of things on her mind lately and she wasn't sure what she was doing with her life. The only constants were Chris and Mia.

She swirled the glass and then tossed it back.

Nyssa rolled her shoulder as she got up to get a glass of straight soda.

She collected the cola and turned quickly to head back to her table when she nearly walked into someone. This was really not the way she liked meeting people and it had been happening a lot. She was far too distracted and she needed to quit that. "I know this is a bar, but standing so close is just asking to be walked into."

"Oh, so that was my fault, was it, love?" Butcher asked, arching an eyebrow. "Last I checked it was you who walked into me, and therefore, your fault." He flashed Nyssa a smile as he spoke, though he didn't particularly care if it had the desired effect. He was at the Wyrm to have a few drinks, mainly to help him forget that Soldier Boy was in town. He was adjusting to the fact that there were many people here who looked like Soldier Boy, and then the actual man had to arrive?

It was all bullshit.

"Luckily for both of us, you did not succeed in actually running into me. ...unless, of course, that as your plan to succeed?"

"Sure was." she said without missing a beat, she took a sip from her glass, keeping eye contact and not backing down in the least.

"You were walking behind people at the bar, people turn around all the time." she smiled, sweetly.

"Mm, no, I have better people in mind to actually run into."

"Yes, people turn around at the bar all the time. Hear me out, though. People walk behind people at the bar all the time. Perhaps you should have been a little more prepared for such an occurrence." He offered Nyssa a smile as he spoke.

"Better people, huh? Not a high bar, really." Butcher knew he wasn't everyone's cup of tea. He was, perhaps, not most people's cup of tea. Margo seemed to be one of the few in Madison Valley able to handle Butcher.

Not that he particularly wanted it any other way. He was rather fond of Margo.

She rolled her eyes a bit, "Yeah fair enough but still. I don't have eyes in the back of my head." she offered him a grin.

"O, you're one of the floor level folk then?" she asked, a brow arched, as she grinned a bit, more or rless teasing. She'd probably like him in the long run.
