You know, there are days where I really wonder how I don't get fired.

Like today, when I had a customer asking -- translated as: expecting -- me to do something that we don't do, then asking again, and again.

First time, I explained things. Second, third, up through I have no idea, it was just "no".

Except for the last one, which was "Lady, I have small children. I can do this all day."

Violate return policy. I mean, yeah, we play a little more fast and loose with it because hi, under the dome. Of course we will. But in this case, no.

Protip: be nice when talking to the customer service people. It's amazing what that can get you.
