I would just like to remind you, ladies, that the ATF thinks the Winchesters are dead, so don't bother reporting them.

Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms division. They regulate all the fun things for the militant, homegrown hunter types.

I do not know what the regulations are on owning weapons. Is this something they oversee?
