At least this place is less cold than the last place I visited even if it was only for a few minutes, but both don't compare to Miami weather. Considering I'm stuck here, I should introduce myself. I'm Emma Alonso and while I'm still adjusting to everything, I wanted to say hello since I've done the whole new girl thing before.

I haven't really stayed in one place for a long time, but before Madison Valley I was going to a planet called Tatoonie. My world is very different than the one here.

I'm not sure exactly how many planets, but several. Each of them have their own merits. I was looking forward to settling down for a bit, but I guess I'm doing that here instead.

It's easier to adjust with friends here. I'm sure I'd have a harder time if I didn't.

That's super cool! I'm sure and that has to be interesting to have been to so many different planets. I've traveled, but not to different planets. Well, I'm glad you've had the chance to settle down and I hope you're enjoying your time here.

Yes, I'm sure it is and I'm super glad you have friends here, especially when learning the ways of a new planet. Lucky for me, I'm only needing to update myself on what's new for this time period.

I haven't completely decided on whether I'm missing the Miami weather or not. Give me a day or two and I might, but right now it's a nice little change. Yeah, don't places like this get it super early like October or something?

I don't blame you for being sick of it. While it's fun since it's something new, it's something you can get bored of very quickly. But you can enjoy all the hot drinks, which is always nice with this type of weather!

It can get a little boring, but it would probably be more boring if it stayed the same. So there's that, at least. And hot drinks is definitely great when it's cold out.

Yeah, I've only been in Miami for a year, but it's pretty much hot all the time. Even the winter it's only slightly less hot while still being hot. Doesn't help at all with our uniforms for school. Yes, hot drinks are the best when it's cold out.

Where's Olso? Is it colder here than Olso or about the same? Ohhh that's a hard choice cause it really depends on the situation. I might have to go with hot chocolate though, but tea is a very close second. What about you?

Norway and I'd say about the same. Hot chocolate is fucking delicious. I'd say my favorite is coffee, mostly because I go to college and have a job. It definitely helps get me up in the morning.

Hot chocolate is amazing. I love when I can get the box with all the different types of hot chocolate to try. I'm not a big coffee drinker, but that can change as I get older. What are you majoring in? What do you do? Yeah, that's why my dad has his coffee to get him through the day at work so I understand.

Can't say I've tried that before but I just kinda get the regular hot chocolate mix. I'm majoring in biology and I work at the arcade. Caffeine definitely helps me function throughout the more busier days.

Oh, if they have it here you must get it! It's a box with a few different types and it's super good. Oh wow that's super cool on both accounts of the major and where you work. My best friend, Andi would be super jealous of that job and probably be wanting to work at the same place. Yeah, it sounds like you're pretty busy so I can see why caffeine might help you out.

Omg I love kitties and they totally love me! Big ole fuzzy babies is what they are. Errr, just a lot of grumpy wumpuses and first world problems, it's cool though there are like a dozen bars around here.

I was here eons ago for a year?? I dunno how long, but it was long, just got back this last week. My buddy has a kid now, it's kinda weird, like she made a human being.
