Anyone willing to share their unused prompt ideas can post them in the comments here, anonymously or not, to be used by others. Any prompts posted here can be taken as written, or can simply serve as inspiration.
Also, don’t forget you can visit the lupin_snape chat room, where you can often find a kind soul happy to talk over prompt ideas with you, especially in the afternoons and evenings, EST.

karasu_hime made us a bunch of lovely banners to use as advertisements and she and lore made icons! If you have a moment to pimp the fest to your flist, please do. Your help will be greatly appreciated, and the fest will get even more wonderful participants. Also, let me know in comments or by PM if you can volunteer to pimp the fest at a few other comms as well.
Art Note
Also, one additional note about sign-ups. If you really want art, be sure to leave a couple of prompts for art, high on your list. The rules ask you to rank your prompts, but you can also indicate your wishes by leaving several art prompts. You do not need to limit yourself to just one art prompt!
