Securely warded and sealed against tampering, bearing his seal:

Lady Aisling:

The members of your Court who were formerly students at Hogwarts are still detained there. Miss McCormack is a legal adult, who has just now been found guilty of collaboration with your spies, but Miss Rochford is fourteen years old and innocent of any wrong except for her misguided opinions. If you wish to have her home again you will send whoever it is that has been visiting at Hogwarts Castle to bring Claudien de Kernoël there alive and unharmed. I will grant your agent safe passage at one o'clock this morning, provided she comes alone or with one (1) companion only, to retrieve Miss Rochford and return to us the boy. Albus Dumbledore will meet you at the edge of the Forest with a complement of Aurors.

If you do not return him, we will have no choice but to house Miss Rochford elsewhere; she cannot be allowed to remain at school under the current conditions. I know that you are likely to tell me that de Kernoël left the Hogwarts Express with your daughter under his own power and by his own free will. I do not even doubt that this may be true, but I am quite certain that he has been lied to, and he is thirteen; I do not much care what he thinks of it.

Warded and sealed with her seal and the seal of St Mungo's Hospital:

Honoria Lady Delgardie, Secretary for Magickal Law Enforcement,
Auror-Commandant

Dear Lady Delgardie:

I am writing to you on behalf of our patient Mr Bilius Lovegood and his guardian Mr Isaac Diggory. We are treating Mr Lovegood for a serious illness and it is not expected that he will survive the week without an accurate and swift diagnosis and treatment. It is believed by Magister Dr Wilkes that there is a generational curse involved which must be researched and that it will also affect his brother and sisters in due course. To this end Magister Dr van Rensselaer and I must request the immediate release of the nativities of all of Marcus Weasley's children along with any personal papers among Mr Weasley's effects that are not needed by the War Bureau or the department of Magickal Law Enforcement. It is very difficult to say what will and will not prove to be important at this time. Any and all documents relating to family history and the many disagreements the Weasleys have had with the Malfoys, beginning with the transfer of the Wiltshire House into Malfoy hands, will almost certainly merit examination by our staff. I am aware that the difficulties between Marcus Weasley and Dracaena R may potentially involve classified information, but I am certain that I can obtain clearance from the War Bureau for myself (if, regrettably, not for van Rensselaer).

Yours sincerely,
Priscilla Chattox-Kyteler
St Mungo's Hospital

Strongly warded and carrying the seal of the War Bureau:

Dear Pris,

I'm afraid that Dracaena R won't be able to come to the hospital today in order to meet with Mr Diggory as Yvon requested. She has had to return to Cornwall to deal with an emergency there and will contact you at her earliest convenience. Mrs Scalara has written to Yvon, but I thought I would drop you a note just in case you can't reach him, as I understand he is on medical leave and is only at the hospital visiting one of your other patients, and really should not be consulting.

You know, I hope, that I'd do anything I could to help you?

Best regards,
Penny
