Listen - I call the shots
Who: Whisper + ...all the vampires who want to show up
Where: Charlton residence (second floor)
When: Evening
There was quite a simple reason that Whisper refused to get herself a 'proper' office anywhere. That reason was that she was settled here and had everything that she needed already set up and available to be used for work. Her machines were here, her sketchbooks, her designs, her collection of jewelry... everything and true she could hire people to move it for her but then she would need to move herself out of the house whenever she needed to do work and really, that was why she had bought such a big house. So that the second floor could serve its purpose as her office while everything else was the house proper. It was also why she currently had Tilly positioned downstairs with the strict instruction of sending everyone who arrived up to the first room on the second floor to the left. It had been arranged as a sort of waiting room so that they all were not crowding her. Yes, Whisper more than loved her attention but she did not need to be completely overwhelmed by it. (Yes she did) Okay, she did not need it to go and interfere with her work. Any amount of people who had never dealt with the fashion industry attempting to offer their advice or even just look at what she was doing was not attention as she craved it, it was underfoot and meddlesome. It was rather like when Karine tried to 'help' her. Temporarily entertaining but overall distracting.
Though there were a few of the vampires that she was quite looking forward to seeing. Elizaveta again, most definitely, she had enjoyed the company of the Russian vampire and she had wonderful measurements that she had been able to put into use quite, she hoped, effectively. Along with that little child-vampire, Ava. Whisper had always wanted to dress up a child in something that was distinctly not made for a child and she hoped that what she had made went over well. And just the idea of twins had inspired a lovely idea that she would be disappointed if she did not get to use. There were even a few male vampires who may make appearances and truly, that delighted her because Whisper did not often design for the male form and when she did she was never certain it was fitting until she saw it on them. For now she stood there looking at what she had managed to get down, ensuring that there was nothing lacking in any of them, no stray pieces of string or little holes... no, they were perfect, and the material was laid out over there so that she could put it to use for those who had not given her their sizes. Or those who had not been quite accurate when they gave them. Which she could not fault them for - in any good standing - since none of them could be expected to just know these things off the top of their head, now could they? Nodding to herself, satisfied that she was ready for at least most of the things she was about to deal with - Whisper settled into one of her chairs and waited.
