Nice dress, he thought, shamelessly eyeing her up and down -- he hadn't missed that she'd done the same to him, so it seemed perfectly reasonable. Elegantly, he pushed off from the wall opposite and sauntered across the hall towards her.
"I found a shop," he told her coolly, raising a perfectly-shaped eyebrow, and allowing her the faintest hint of a smile as he leant on the doorframe too, just outside, so close he could have reached out and touched her. "Sugar isn't a problem any more. Boredom, however, and being alone..." He leaned in a little, knowing only too well that he was in her personal space and trusting enough in his own sheer awesomeness to guess that she wouldn't mind. "Do you have a few minutes to spare for a neighbour, Mina?" He waved the sketchbook at her elegantly, almost as an afterthought. "I promised to show you mine, if you'd show me yours, after all..."
