It was good, in Rose's perspective, that Isaiah didn't seem angry or at all ready to blame everything solely on the girlfriend who left. That was easy to do, however, and she wouldn't blame him if he did. But usually being that angry only made everything worse, didn't it? Anger lead nowhere good. And no, she hadn't needed Yoda to teach her that.
Smiling, Rose squeezed Isaiah's arm a while longer before pulling it away. "Maybe you're meant for something better, who knows?" Optimism. She could work with that, and it made things a lot easier, unlike anger. "I don't know if I believe that things happen for a reason all the time, but maybe this did." She shrugged, still smiling. Hopefully he would find someone who would never leave. He looked to deserve it.
