Artemis likely should have been embarrassed at her faux pas speaking about a poor kids dead mother, but Artemis wasn't the sort to be embarrassed by something like that. Not at all really. "My dad's dead. He told me not to play around with crazy cogs and electrical plugs, but I never listened anyway, so I suppose it doesn't matter if you get the warning or not." She said shrugging and then pushing some of her wet hair off her forehead. The thunder and lightening had calmed, obviously and there was less wind but the rain kept on falling.
"So, often go around wandering in the woods? Here I thought I'd be safe to come out and toy with the elements without having nosy people around." She said, her voice, again, light. Air softly whispered to her, the constant prattle of the male voice starting to become soothing to her. She thought he was whispering Water but she was assuming it was speaking about the rain around them. That he wanted more rain.
