Do Not Want!
Who: Bunny, open to those there (one or all!)
When: Mid-afternoon
Where: St. Mary's Hospital in Saginaw
In the movies, after the hero was knocked out by some means, they always showed him (or her) coming awake very gradually, with little to no awareness of what had happened. Everything faded in very slowly, one sense at a time.
That wasn't how it happened with Bunny.
She was awake all at once, without immediately realizing that she'd blacked out at all. She went to a full flail, ready to fight and yank the dart out of her damn forehead. "DO NOT WANT!" But when she went to yank it out, she realized it wasn't there anymore. She raised her eyes to try and see, going cross-eyed in the process, but nothing was there. And the small matter that she was in what appeared to be a hospital room filtered in. And she was in a hospital gown.
Bunny jumped out of bed, only to fall flat on her face floor. Dammit, that's twice in one day now. Whoaaa. Now she realized that she felt a bit like she had after surgery when she was a kid, and she got her tonsils taken out. Very groggy and uncoordinated. Before she had a lot of time to ponder this situation of hers, a nurse was at her side, gently helping her up. "Easy now... let's get you back into bed."
Bunny did not want to get back into bed, she wanted to know what the fuck was going on! But answers were following. First came a doctor, and then, only after that doctor was satisfied that she was up to it, came the police. And that's when everything started to sink in. Myra, Lily, Rhys, Freddie, Tilly, Katie, Claire... they were all gone. Taken. And she'd killed one of the people that did it.
When the police left her, a team of nurses tried to make her go back to sleep, in her nice little private room. She needed her rest. Her parents were on their way. Paying the nurses absolutely no attention, Bunny shoved past them and out into the hallway, looking to find her friends. They couldn't be far, and if she had to go door to door to find them, dammit, she would.
