Jo's own expression mirrored Roxy's much open one, a hint of relief washing over the wolf when she realized she might not be intruding after all. Roxy's burst of laughter threw Jo, who chuckled lightly herself. The volume with which Roxy replied told Jo all she needed to know about the secrecy - or lack thereof - of what Roxy was, and she smiled. "Yeah you do!" Jo nodded. It was the first concrete smell that had invaded Jo's nostrils since she had taken to spend most of her time at the school. Everything was so muddled up due to the amount of people in such a small area that most of the time she couldn't tell. When Roxy guessed she was a wolf Jo grinned happily. And yes, that was a perfect way to greet someone as far as she was concerned. "Born and raised!" She said proudly.
Every once in a while Jo liked to categorize scents in her mind, if only to make it easier to know if she was encountering one again. Roxy's question had her narrow her eyes and sniff the air around her again. "It's, well, yeah. It's fishy, and icy and birdy at the same time." She explained. "Which I guess makes sense?" Jo smiled again. "You too. Your hair's really awesome!" Jo added. Well it was.
