For all of his silliness, Pugsley really was a sweetheart and Keelin figured that he deserved some fun time with Sarah and Bess; the girls would probably have him so worn out that he would sleep as soon as his little head hit Keelin's pillow. So really, it was a win-win situation. A situation that left her alone with Reggie, sitting close to one another while her hand rested on his knee. She hated that she had made Reggie feel anything worse than great, but she had been so preoccupied with Kahlan's arrival, there really wasn't much helping that. At least he knew about it now and she could try to make up for being so absent over the weekend. So she grinned when he said that nothing interesting happened for him. "I think that it was my turn for 'interesting.'" She ran her teeth over lip slightly as she joked. Hey, joking about the whole thing was better than dwelling on the hows and whys of it. And she wouldn't have been able to joke about it if Reggie was not sitting next to her... with his arm wrapped around her.
Keelin leaned into him and tried to keep the pink in her cheeks at a lower level with their close proximity. Her eyes and smile had softened a bit when Reggie admitted that he had been worried about her. She shook her head. "From what I can tell, you've done everything right so far," her thumb began to trace little circles into the denim of his jeans. "I'm really glad you came over," her gaze flicked down and lingered on Reggie's lips before she glanced back up at his eyes. Three days since their last date, since they had last spoken, and since they had last kissed. Keelin realized quite suddenly that was far too much time to go by between kisses. So she tilted her head and pressed a soft kiss to the area of skin just behind Reggie's jaw, enjoying the tickling sensation that came from her lips against his stubble. She then turned so she could place a proper kiss onto his lips. She pulled back slightly and grinned. "I'd say you're a pretty good boyfriend. So far."
