The sound of someone walking up behind her startled her, and Halne spun about on her heel with her hands raised. She was so startled, in fact, that she brought her wings forth, the sound of her clothing ripping as the feathered things burst from her back barely audible over the strangled sort of sound she made at the sudden pain. Her wings always hurt when they came out! Blood flecked the grass at her feet as she scented the air, trying to place where she'd smelled that specific characteristic before -- the whole town had teasers of the scent, and it was...strange. When she saw that the girl wasn't really doing much of anything besides walking up, Halne lowered her hands and giggled again. Odd. "I...well. Uhm." But Halne's feeble attempts at saying anything weren't working. That, and the elephant on the woman's shirt was actually moving. Halne gasped and took a few steps forward, heedless of any caution that this woman wouldn't want a winged-person rushing at them.
"Your elephant's ... he's.... Or she? She, it's totally a she..." Halne just blinked as she stared at the girl's shirt, where the bicycle's tires rotated and the elephant waved her trunk in a friendly way. "Is it magic?" She pointed at the girl's shirt. "Your elephant's moving..."
