At Rina's request for her to take a seat, Daisy made her way over to the nearest chair that she could find. She couldn't help but think it was odd that someone would be so insistent that she rest. It wasn't the first time that she had ever been hurt or put in a cast. Daisy knew how to take care of herself -- okay, more like she knew how to keep her own needs out of her mind long enough so that she felt like she was taking care of herself. Despite the fact that she would have been content to act as though she wasn't suffering from a broken leg, Daisy was more than happy to sit down if it made Rina feel better. With her crutches propped up on either side of her, she slowly began to lower herself into the chair. "Trouble?" She barely had the word out of her mouth and her butt on the chair before the cat in question came into sight. Daisy shot up in an instant to get a better view, a sharp "Eee!" escaping her. She was deep in the throws of resisting the urge to stretch out her hands and reach for the tiny creature when Rina introduced her. Had it been Bandit, Daisy would have already had her arms full with the ball of fluff; she didn't think that it was exactly polite to steal someone else's familiar. At the sound of her name, she brought up a hand and waved enthusiastically at Rina's cousin. "It's a pleasure to meet you!" Her head turned back to the cat, her voice practically a squeak: "And you too!"
Daisy pulled her attention away from the adorable Trouble to concentrate on the two other women. Sure, it was hard not to let her mind become consumed with the cute animal, but she still had enough presence of mind to know not to be rude. Darklis looked young, much younger than her or Rina, but hadn't she said something about it being "her cousin's" house? Maybe Darklis was Rina's cousin's daughter? But she would have mentioned them before, right? Her mind began looping in a flurry of questions, when the thought occurred to her to just ask. "It's your house?" Her head tilted slightly to the side as she posed the question to Darklis. There was no judgment in her voice, but instead intrigue at how a teenager could come into possession of such a nice home.
It wasn't long before her attention was stolen away again by Trouble. Truthfully, that much cuteness couldn't go ignored for long without her skin beginning to prickle with the desire to cuddle her. She took a step forward hesitantly. Her hand reached out as her eyes darted back and forth from Rina to Trouble, not exactly sure who she was supposed to be asking for permission. "Can I pet you? er--her?" She giggled and smiled brightly, while her brows knit in confusion.
