That didn't look like the healthiest relationship right there, and the thoughts that accompanied it weren't either. And Antonin knew unhealthy relationships since he'd found himself in a few -- like now with a technically married woman -- but he didn't think any of those quite fell into this same category. The thoughts that he was picking out of Daisy's boyfriend's mind about her weren't really the nicest. They weren't even really even thinking of her until Antonin said something about how he'd met her. No, they were thinking about him and how he looked. Looks like I've found myself someone who swings both ways. That always made a night fun. Circe wouldn't like it, but something told Antonin that flirting couldn't really go too far here. As unstable as this man was, his companion wasn't much better. Right now she was fine because she was as embarrassed as hell, hilarious that was, but when she got off of that Antonin didn't think she was the sort of girl who needed to be pissed off. Too bad it seems like her boyfriend has that in mind.
Antonin just laughed when Daisy told the story, nodding along with it. "Don't forget about the part where you fell and got covered in your own mess." Antonin's eyes flicked up to the man and he grinned, shaking his head. "Your tart, she's a bit clumsy on those crutches. You should be looking into a wheelchair if you don't want her to go tripping into someone who won't take it as well as I did." Had they been alone then Antonin wouldn't have taken it as well as he did either. Things were a lot different during the day when there were people around who could recognize him. Still. Antonin didn't listen to what other people pleaded with him for, in their minds or out of their mouths, and he didn't care that Daisy didn't want her little accident shared. He thought it was funny and her companion really seemed to share his opinion. That told Antonin he had a good, sick sense of humor. Which was exactly what he needed tonight when he was trying to forget about where Zaviar was. "Another beer for me and it's fine, Daisy, I've got plenty of clothes. I'm Antonin, by the way, since she hasn't shared my name with you." His attention left Daisy to focus on the man for a moment, his smile shifting slightly. He could take a brief game of flirting with someone who looked like that. Blond hair and blue eyes always made him think of Zaviar. "New to town, aren't you?"
