It was no small relief that Quinn felt when the man took a seat on the ground. It wasn't the conditions she would have asked for, that was for sure, but the small clearing of debris would have to do for now. Kneeling onto her knees in front of him, she idly thought about how dirty everything was. From her brief time here, she was sure that there was a thin coat of dust that had settled onto her (which meant she was fortunate to have so many clean gloves with her). Not that what she looked like mattered really; her cardigan was singed beyond repair and she was here for a higher purpose than to look fashionable.
"Aiden," She offered him a small smile while bringing another cleaning wipe to his forehead. "I can do my best to help you find James, but you have to understand I have responsibilities here." Her voice fell as she busied herself with examining his forehead. A bruise was starting to color the skin, but from what she could see the injury itself wasn't terribly large. "Can you tell me what happened to you exactly? Did you fall and hit your head?" She didn't really think that he would remember, but anything that he did could help her determine if a trip to the hospital was really necessary for him. Truthfully, Quinn was certain that everyone here needed to go to the hospital for observation at the very least, but that wasn't something she could tell the now calm-ish fire elemental. She thought that if she could determine that he wasn't going to fall dead in the next little bit, then she could delay his trip and do what she said she would -- help him look for James.
"You can call me Quinn, if you would like." She paused for a brief second from wrapping gauze around his head to make eye contact with him. The little moment was odd though; for Quinn, she suddenly found that while this was a terrible moment to be immersed into, she didn't feel anywhere near as awkward as she had when she first arrived. She took small comfort in that before returning her thoughts to the duties at hand.
