A reading for her life. A bit of a vague response, but that meant Jadyn could do an open reading on her. Made looking into the cards a bit hard, but she always gave what the customer wanted. Smiling softly to Rina, she shuffled some more before starting the spread, opting to go with a celtic cross for a general overview.
First card down in the center - the magician. Jadyn stared at it with a slight smile. "Your present is a bit tricky. There is much power and influence in your hands, but you must be careful what you wish for. One who has power, but does nothing with it then gets nothing in return." The ultimate 'be careful what you wish for' card. Over that she laid another card on top, one that made her freeze - the queen of cups. That was her card. She always related with the symbolism hidden behind it, but this didn't make sense. A major arcana card representing the present and a minor arcana card representing the immediate challenge. Jadyn remained quiet for a moment - was Rina more powerful than she looked? Was she here to help her?
After a bout of silence, Jadyn fingered at the card and murmured, "Your immediate challenge resides deep below a surface. Something is being hidden and while the surface reflects one thing, there is something entirely different waiting beneath. The queen is a symbol of love and beauty, but on a bad day she feels victimized and retreats to the depths of the ocean." Like yourself. It scared her how accurate the cards could be, but she ignored that for the time being and went on.
The third card was placed to the right - justice. "There has been a balance in your distant past. A sense of responsibility - a sense of adjustment. The scales must be balanced with both light and darkness and you understand that. Even in the toughest circumstances, you have found that inner strength to remain calm."
The fourth card was placed to the bottom - judgement. Once again, that made Jadyn stop and narrow her eyes down onto the card. "Your recent past has been..." She couldn't form the words, swallowing hard to ease her body. "We pass through the fires of judgement to burn away our past and from it we step out anew and able to step into the light that is ahead. You trust yourself in this very moment. You wouldn't be stand here where you are if it wasn't for your past." It made Jadyn wonder what exactly happened to this woman, but she continued.
The fifth card was placed at the top - the queen of pentacles. How appropriate. "Your best outcome is to proceed with a gentle soul. Remain loyal and willing. Don't ever lose sight of your position. This queen is best at home when she is with family or close friends. She protects them fiercely and always creates a safe haven for them."
The sixth card was placed to the left - the two of pentacles. One extreme of the suit to the other. Interesting. "In your immediate future, there is a need for change." But why? Hasn't there been enough change for her already? She stared at the card further. "It's worth remembering that if you resist the change advocated by this card, you might find that life imposes it upon you anyway. I can't tell what needs to be changed exactly... but something emotional, something spiritual." The queen of cups was the problem, after all, and the cups was an emotional suit.
