We know we've been excruciatingly slow (and somewhat stood still for the last few weeks) but we're NOT CLOSED!

It may take some doing, but we would like to keep this comm open. If there are any suggestions you may like to make for the future of the comm, please let us know!

Unfortunately, we have lost our resident Doctor, burnthroughtime. To finish Day 1, Jessica will be filling in using our mod journal as Ten in hopes that this doesn't hold up the comm any more. I have added the Doctor to the list of the departing in Day 2.

Hey everyone! Sorry for having to put this up, but I'm going to have to drop out of the game as the Doctor. I really enjoyed RPing with a lot of you and had really hoped to keep going with the RP, but real life is just not allowing me to be apart of such a fast moving RP at the moment. I've given it a lot of thought and with a six week trip coming up I fear I will be only capable of putting up two replies or so a week (going out of the country and no idea when I'll be able to access the internet) thus the reason I'm not asking for a hiatus as it'll obviously get worse after the 21st as opposed to better.

Anyhow, hopefully I'll still see you guys around in other RPs or around the place and I wish everyone the best of luck. It was really cool RPing with everyone here!

Hey everybody :)

I'm Jen and I'm bringing in Darcy Rhone from the Something Borrowed series (although is it really a series if it's only two books? lol) by Emily Giffin. If you own and watch a television, I'm sure you've seen the trailers for the movie that came out earlier this month, in which case I have two points to make: 1.) Darcy was never blonde in the books, so Kate Hudson was a horrible casting decision as far as fitting the physical description; so I'm not being a rebel by not using her, I'm following the physical description in the book and being obnoxiously anal about it and 2.) If you have seen that movie or read the book and are planning on reading the next book or seeing the next movie when it comes out...I'm sorry ahead of time, but my version of Darcy is a giant, walking spoiler because she actually is being brought in from well into the sequal, Something Blue, so I hope that no one minds :(

Darcy recently turned 30 years old and earlier the day before she woke up here, she found out that was she was not only not having the girl she'd been dreaming of...but she's actually eighteen weeks pregnant with twin boys. She's already overwhelmed with that information and the idea of raising two boys alone so waking up here on top of it is going to be a bit much for her poor abused psyche haha. She's trying to reform herself but for the most part, she's still very arrogant, shallow, and selfish. She means well, but she's honest in a way that smacks of passive-aggressive put-downs; she's the queen of backhanded compliments. She's an attention whore and a drama queen and she's also spoiled and rich, so she's really not the most dazzling person to be around, even though she thinks she is. But again, she's trying to change all that. It just might take her a while...especially when a wrench as big as Lethe Project gets thrown into the spokes of her attempted transformation.

I am really excited to be here and can't wait to play with you guys. I have a few lines listed in Darcy's profile, if anyone is interested. Can't wait til day change and to meet you guys!

Hey guys, I know we said that the day change would be happening today, but, unless there's some big protest, we'd like to hold off so that we at least get out of the receiving rooms before we kick of Day 2.

Is everyone good with that?

To clear up some confusion that was pointed out to us yesterday, we have added a section about posting order in the Rules under Format.

The long and the short of it is, please have a posting order. Its cool to fiddle with it every so often, but please have one.

We've also done some fixing of a few data entry problems in the Contacts.

In case you were wondering, the day change post will go up in about 2 hours.

In preparation for the beginning of Day 1, we've made some improvements and additions to the community!

If you haven't seen it already, we've added a Suggestion Box over on the mod journal for any suggestions, questions, or comments that you don't feel like emailing us for. All comments are screened.

We've also added a post explaining the personal nodes, our in-game use for the personal journals! It comes complete with shiny graphics and all!

There is also a floorplan for the dorms now over with the map!

If there's anything you'd like more clarification on or a suggestion on where we might plug our community, please let us know!

Just a quick note that all three mods got pretty thrashed this weekend working on a project, and I've had a lot of work this week. So, if you're wondering what hole we fell into, wonder no more! We'll resume our normal obsessive behavior sometime in the next few days.
