So guys, I’m out for the next couple of hours because as you may have heard me complain – there’s no AC at the house I’m staying at. I decided however, a meme was in order. This is a meme, I’ve actually put away and been meaning to do for awhile – but didn’t have a good time or felt weird about it.

Considering the recent emails, news, and talking, I decided it was time.

First off, I want to say Bellum has completely changed RP for me. Before, roleplay meant which character was fun to play or play off of. I never got a chance to work on real character development and growth until I came to Bellum. Frankly, I didn’t know it existed in the RP world. Bellum has taught me that things can actually happen to your characters – they can change as time goes on and consequences do matter. Hell, I’ve honestly worried about my characters dying in this game. It’s insane considering how I’m used to it.

This game has raised my expectations and (unfortunately?) my standards. I can honestly say that everyone here is a great writer, with amazing ideas and thought out characters. I’ve honestly never experienced that so consistently across the board before. It tends to leave me in awe and want to head to my corner and just watch. I’m consistently amazed by the fact that I’m a part of this game and that I’m up to the standards.

Since December, when I stalked and finally joined with the now-dead Fern, I’ve been a part of an amazing community that’s given me an experience like no other. Before I dissolve into sap and this gets cheesy – let me just say thank you and you all rock.

Now for the cheesiness (aka meme-time). This is simply put, a Love Meme. Reply below with your characters in a comment and for this meme, include past ones as well. Go reply to peoples comments next, saying nice things. Since emailing everyone and trying to make plans, there’s been plenty of realizations over missed opportunities, unstated love and stalking of characters or events, and so on. I've kind of already said some of this but guess what, I'LL SAY IT AGAIN.

So. In the very beginning I honestly had no idea how Vlad and Helena were going to play out and where they'd end up. I figured it would just be more of a physical thing, but looking back on how far they've progressed and the way their relationship has developed over the past ten months, I couldn't have been more wrong. What I loved most of all about these two is how real their development was. There was the age difference, the fact that Helena was married, and different personalities that should have made them an unlikely match - and yet it still played out realistically. It didn't move too fast, and I'm glad that it took a while for Helena to leave Peter and you did a fantastic job of portraying how torn she was. I know I'm far too attached to V & H and I'm going to miss their interactions so, so much. Aside from their relationship, Helena on her own was a brilliant character. She was sweet and selfless, yet there was more to her than just that and I like how that other side of her slowly came out over time and really contributed to her overall character development. In short, I love her.

Then there's Stefan. I really wish I would have threaded with him more, but the tags he and Cole did have were hilarious and always made me laugh. He was a great character, and I always stalked his logs with Rosalie because they were just so cute. >__>

Basically, I've loved rping with you and every single thread and tag has been incredible. ♥
