Theo- Forward dated to Saturday, 3 pm
Julian had arranged with the parents of one of Michel's playmates for one to watch Michel while the other accompanied Julian on his call. So with Madeline Macen, Julian showed up at the hotel, promptly at 3pm. He'd brushed his hair, had his hands slapped away by Madeline every time he'd tried to put his fingers into it. He hadn't been able to be talked out of bringing a potted plant, however.

Despite having done this before, he wasn't very good at it. Twelve years out of practice too. He sent word with a maid for Theo that he was at the hotel and went to a sitting room to wait, sitting and talking with Madeline. When the door opened, he stood immediately, sketching a half-bow.

Theodore had not done this before and was, in fact, quite nervous. He dressed carefully, not that this was different than any other day, but he did take especial care with his clothing, chosing a crisp white shirt and dark gray suit. His vest was brocade and again graded in coloring from light blue to a deep midnight that bordered on the edge of black. He had a single spring of lavender Rose Daphne on his lapel.

When the maid came, Theo followed her down the stairs to the waiting room and thanked her politely as she left to attend other duties. He took a moment, knocked, then pushed the door open. His gaze was immediately drawn to the man standing and bowing and Theo could not help but notice that he was rather attractive, not that it was important in a match, but it didn't hurt.

He crossed the room and inclined his head slightly in greeting. "Mr. MacKallister. I'm very pleased to make your acquaintance. I do hope I didn't keep you waiting."

	"Not in the least, Mr. Nordstorm," he said, automatically appraising Theo head to toe before snapping his gaze back up to Theo's face, the tips of his ears pink. "May I present, Ms. Macen?" Theo flushed lightly at the appraisal and wondered if he'd spent his first several months here in various states of blush. "Ms. Macen thank you for giving so generously of your time." He shook her hand before returning his attention to Julian, very carefully keeping his gaze on the other man's face without appearing to be staring too intently. "I'm quite well, thank you. How are you?" He took a seat on the chair near where Julian had been sitting."

Theo took the pot in confusion, but hid it well. "Thank you. Might I inquire what it is?" It was good to know that Jurlian didn't like cut flowers not that Theo would presume to send such a personal gift. He didn't know what to do with the plant, should he set it aside? Would that send a bad message? This had not been covered in his training. He kept it on his lap, long fingered hands wrapped around the pot so it wouldn't tip.
