Who: Sadie Weasley and Adam Pucey.
What: Adam is explaining why Raleigh has lots to fear about boys around Sadie, away from walls with ears.
Where: Ravenclaw Quidditch stands.
When: After Sadie's first post. October 4th? I think? D:
Why: Because Sadie asks a lot of questions.
Rating: PG-13.
Status: Incomplete.

Sadie adored heights. She always had, really.  She could remember climbing trees just to get her feet off the ground, could remember following Raleigh or her elder cousins around until someone gave her a ride through the sky - Sadie herself was a disaster on a broomstick, but it'd never made her frightened of getting up behind someone else. It just rather meant it was a horrid idea to leave her to her own devices with a broom, and it just rather meant she had to find other ways to be in the sky.

So Adam's suggestion of a walk was, of course, met with a suggestion of the Ravenclaw Quidditch stands. Sadie was at the very uppermost part, for once without a book, looking idly at the clouds and thinking her own thoughts - which for Sadie were anyone's best guess - as she awaited her brother's friend, her legs stretched out to the bench below and her head tilted back. It was one of her very favourite places to be, and she was smiling for it, perfectly content - it didn't occur to her that 'meeting with boys alone' was one of those things Raleigh warned her about. And that Adam had warned her about, for that matter. That sort of thing just never occured to her.

Except she didn't feel as though it were dangerous at all, still. Not really. Sadie could admit to other things, but she didn't feel it was dangerous.

Although maybe that was why it was?

Sadie blinked, a smile spreading on her face at the slight stumble towards understanding - or she thought she was understanding it, now - looking up at Adam in the same frank way she'd been. "I'd think it'd be more important how highly I thought of you, if you ever touched me." Sadie tilted her head to the side a little, curious still. Curious always, really. She didn't startle as Adam got closer, didn't change her expression, only studying him in the dark, quirky and quiet. "So it's dangerous because it doesn't feel dangerous and that's not exactly true?"

Adam Pucey was usually a man of his word. Generally speaking, when he said he'd do something, he did it without complaint or compromise. But when a woman like Sadie comes along, looking at her with those eyes, her body basically begging for your arms to be wrapped around it...those promises go out the window. All you think about is the moment. All you think about is this moment. With her.

After fighting against temptation, he couldn't take it anymore. One hand cradled her face; his other slowly found its way to her side. "This is why its so dangerous," he whispered, before leaning into her. Closing his eyes, his lips made contact with hers. Fireworks seemed to go off in his head as his lips spread across hers, caught up in what was a completely magical embrace.

Sadie reacted. It wasn't without thinking - was anything ever without thinking, however odd and strange her logic? She had been given enough warning, from the hand on her cheek to the hand on her waist - and she hadn't flinched away or made any move to stop Adam, instead watching her brother's friend lean, her clear blue eyes focused, for once, on the present. There weren't any alarm bells - did Sadie even possess those? - and she didn't find herself minding what he intended, so why should she?

Instead she closed her eyes, because his were, and pressed back, a little awkwardly - Sadie Weasley had never exactly been a girl to go on dates or snog boys. Mostly she went to Hogsmeade with her twin, or one of her friends, and her free time was spent the same way, or with her nose in a book. She'd been too flighty and dreamy to ever touch down to earth to notice such things as boys, and thus Raleigh had never really had much to worry about - less to worry about, rather. So she wasn't really playing at being naive - not like she ever played at anything, not really.

Adam was decidedly better at this than her, but Sadie decided, in an absent, distant manner, that she rather liked kissing, even if Raleigh would not be pleased and all, and even if she was not certain this was what Fred would call Adam's 'best behaviour'.

That was alright, though, because she liked this fine.

Adam had decided that Sadie was quite natrual at this, even though she claimed that she had no idea. Perhaps she was playing coy, leading up to this moment, hoping that this would happen. And while this was in Adam's wildest dreams, you don't take your friend's baby sister up to the top of the bleachers with the intention of getting one great snog out of her.

Her lips matched perfectly with hers; she was a decidedly good kiss, because it meant something to the both of them. It was a moment of passion that niether could, or even would take back.

After what seemed like an eternity, he broke their embrace, his hands still wrapped around her, his forehead press against hers.

"That, Sadie," he said, his breath gently taken away, "is why it can be dangerous." He gazed into her blue eyes, his early break leaving him wanting more.

This time, it did take a moment or two for Sadie to respond, a moment to open her eyes. It was the most ruffled she'd ever been, really, caught on thinking of what she'd just been feeling. She blinked, once, before realizing she should say something. "Oh." It was interesting, feeling the breath from his words on her lips. "I don't think I mind dangerous, then." Her words were, as ever, utterly sincere. "And," She thought to move her hands from her lap, one reaching up to cover Adam's hand on her cheek, speaking seriously - though with a hint of her usual dreaminess - "I still think highly of you. If you were wondering."

Their breathing was shallow, as they found themselves caught up in this. The cold of the night didn't matter at all right this second. In this moment, it was all about them. It was all about him and her. Two hearts, beating in unison, were the only things that mattered whatsoever.

"I should hope you still think highly of me," he offered, his arms pulling her tightly against him. "For the record, I still think you're quite fit, indeed." And with that, his lips met hers again, moving back and forth with hers slowly, gently, not a kiss of lust, but more of a kiss of passion.

Of all the people, of all the places, he would have never seen himself in this moment with this woman at this place until it actually happened.

She was a bit more confident this time, if only because she did not appear to be doing anything glaringly wrong and that had to count for something. Sadie was rarely, if ever, a hesitant person, once she set her mind to do something. So she wrapped her arms around his neck - it seemed the correct place to put them, and anyway, she'd walked in or by enough things to have some idea of what she should be doing - and let herself go with the feeling, as she'd always done with her life. In a Ravenclaw sort of way it was interesting to kiss somebody; she'd only really done it once and mostly that had been awkward because she hadn't realized said boy had wanted to kiss her, and it hadn't exactly lasted long enough to figure out what was what for said reason. In a Sadie sort of way she realized that probably people didn't go about kissing just anyone - she'd never had that inclination, had she? and if Raleigh did, well, he'd said they were different and that was that - and she had sort of minded that other bloke kissing her, but she didn't mind this and it sort of made her stomach flip.

Only not in a bad way, which was odd because she hadn't really though stomach flips were a good thing. She thought Adam should probably know this, about the stomach flips, but did not really think it worth the interruption. She could mention it later.

Her confidence was more apparent, as she pulled herself closer to him as they continued their embrace. All thoughts of worry and danger had cleared his mind; it was about their embrace right this second. And right this second, her kisses felt amazing against his own lips.

He'd snogged girls in the past, but her lips had a much more gentile feel about it. Her caress had a more angelic feel about it. She had a way about her, that put him at ease about this. And it was truely amazing -- they weren't doing a thing wrong, they were just enjoying the time they had with each other.

Adam's lips wandered from her own, to against Sadie's soft neck. While this may have been virgin territory, Adam didn't seem to see it that way. As he released his hot breaths against her neck, this was less an act of pleasure than it was an act of passion.

Sadie tilted her head away, allowing Adam further access to her neck, shivering a little from the cold - despite her robes, it was night and it was cold - and the kisses both. Adam was warm, though, so it wasn't quite so bad. The redhead curled one of her hands in the hair near Adam's neck, working her way back to being able to talk, mostly because Sadie was terrible at keeping her thoughts to herself, if she thought someone should know them. "Belly flips can be good," It was a little breathy and a lot dreamy, and she was mostly distracted just right now but she'd forget otherwise, and she didn't think Adam would stop and let her write it on her arm, beside the note to buy Raleigh licorice wands when she went into Hogsmeade and bought herself chocolate. "I didn't think so, but they can." It was a sort of silly babble, but that was Sadie, and she couldn't exactly help it, sharing what she'd learned in her own earnest, sincere way despite the fact Adam was preoccupied and she didn't precisely want him to not be.

Adam remained focused on the moment, getting lost in her long red locks. Her scent intoxicated him, as he continued to embrace her, intertwined with her as he continued to plant gentile kisses along her neckline. His face was buried in her long, flowing red hair, as he was engulfed in her, needing more of her.

As she spoke, his ears fixed on to her words, trying to make sense of them. What did belly flips have to do with this moment? Sure, even he had his share of butterflies when their embrace first began...but belly flips? Even in Adam's young mind, he felt that was unique, as this was the first time that a woman admitted to having belly flips with him.

"I know the feeling," he said, taking the moment to catch his breath, and match her gaze with his own. "I've...yeah," he said, losing his thoughts as he got caught up in her eyes.
