Who: Jessica and Evan Where: Corridor When: Immediately after class What: Uncomfortable situtation :] Rating: TBD
Evan had managed his way through charms without much ado. The professor had been kind enough not to call on him when he was so obviously lost. He had been a bit foggy-headed since the Christmas break, something he refused to attribute to his encounters with both his brother and the following incident with Jessica Vaisey. Even after the rare almost emotional outpouring to Tony while boozed up, Evan had been unable to focus well in class, and he was beginning to think he was going to have to start asking for help in his homework if something didn't change soon.
Sighing, he shoved his bookbag over his shoulder and headed for the exit. He ran a hand through his hair, frowning as he mussed up the blonde locks. This sort of thing didn't happen to him. He was focused and dedicated and got things done. This being distant, always having something on his mind, it wasn't like Evan Pucey, and it was beginning to grate on his nerves.
ANd his nerves weren't much helped when he stepped out into the hall, clearly at the exact same time as every other student on the campus. His eyes widened slightly as he was shoved to the right, the person next to him colliding with his chest as his hands quickly snapped up to brace himself and whatever girl (the softness proved that much) had been so unfortunate to stuck next to him for the impact. His arms landed on either side of her, protecting her from being smashed as his back to a beating from the swarm in the corridor.
Evan could smell her before he even saw her, and head snapped over to look at her, the haze suddenly shifting into focus as he stared down at Jessica Vaisey. "Sorry," he muttered, before wincing as what felt like the corner of a charms book stabbed him in the ribs.
