Previous Entry  Add to memories!  Tell a Friend!  Next Entry
Who: Evan and Tony
What: Boozing and talking
Where: Their dormitory
When: After Tony finishes rounds
Rating: TBD

Evan had to admit, he was curious about what was on Tony’s mind. Knowing their situation, it was undoubtedly something related to his family, possibly related to his sister who was actually his girlfriend but whom he insisted was not his sister (and, okay, technically as long as his father opted not to marry Katie Bell, he was still in the clear). It was nice, quite frankly, to know that Evan wasn’t the only one in the world with a fucked up family. In fact, he was pretty sure that Tony’s family was more dramatic than his own.

He knew he’d have to get Tony to shoot down some firewhiskey before he could get much out of him, but Evan didn’t see that as being much of a problem. Besides, they could both do with some unwinding time, and alcohol was very helpful in that department so long as you kept the belligerence to a minimum.

Sighing, Evan kicked back on his bed, the shot glasses and bottle stashed safely underneath his four poster to remain undiscovered by thieving housemates and professors both. He had considered starting without his friend, but he had a feeling that would end badly. Besides, how could he remember what Tony was saying if he got completely sloshed? Instead, he showed some self control and left the bottle in its proper place until Tony arrived.

"At least you know what she was doing. And you're not related to her," Tony said laying down on his back. "She just... dared me to go on a date. It seemed so simple. And I didn't even expect it to turn into anything," Tony said frustrated. "And then that stupid ball. I didn't even ask her to go. But I danced with her, and she kissed me and ran away. And then it was MY fault!" Tony said remembering the ups and downs. "But we worked that out... and it would have been all fine. Except for Jacob."

"Yeah, I knew what she was doing," he replied sarcastically. "I still don't know what the bloody hell she's doing. She's confusing as fuck, Tony. She's dating that stupid Weasel but then she keeps hinting that she's still got this thing for me, but then she wants to be friends, and fuck if I know what I want."

He smirked slightly, remembering the ball incident, how Piper had run away and left him confused as hell, but then frowned as he made the connection between Piper running and Jessica running. "Girls are always running away. And you know, if that didn't mess your relationship up, something else would. That's how these things work. You should just be glad your dad did it for you. No frustration or blame on you and Piper. It's all Dad's fault. That's a bloody brilliant way to end things, if you ask me."
