Isabella sighed softly against Ben's lips. It still caught her offguard how nice it felt being close to him. He had been her first kiss, a very unexpected one, but one she had regretted only for the briefest of moments when he had shunned her several weeks ago. He had apologized, however, and Isabella had forgiven, though maybe not entirely forgotten the incident.

She wasn't thinking about that now, however. In fact, she wasn't thinking about much as her hands snaked up to his hair, comfortably positioned upon the oversized couch the room had provided for them. She was still getting used to this whole snogging thing. Even if Ben had dragged her a bit more so out of her shell, she was still a quiet, shy thing, and the onslaught of feelings that came with it, but she did her best to keep up, and Ben hadn't exactly been complaining, so she reasoned she must have been doing something right as she edged closer to him.

If only she knew what she was doing to him. Definitely not something wrong. He ahd to brace himself to not get completely turned on, ebcause he had half a mind to remember that they weren't going to be doing much. He let a soft groan against her lips, his fingers finding more skin against her lower back as he traced small patterns. When she pulled away, he was grateful for air, but he hadn't wanted her to stop. Until her lips went to his neck. Opening his eyes, he let out a soft moan, almost a grunt. She had never done that before, and he had never tried it with her to show her, in fear that she would stop and run away liek the time he tried to slip some tongue into her mouth. But this was nice and very welcomed.

Isabella's lips haulted at the quiet noise that escaped from Ben. Had she made him do that? Her? Isabella Weasley had made Benjamin Goyle moan? She had to admit, she liked knowing that, and she couldn't deny that she wanted to hear it again, so she did it again, a slow trail down from the soft skin beneath his ear to the crook of his neck.

His grip tightening on her hips, Ben let out another moan. Where was this coming from? Hell, who was he to question it? This was fucking fantastic. But if she didn't stop, though, he was going to get a little too excited. And possibly hopeful. Hopeful for something that probably wouldn't come. But who was he to stop her?

This was kind of cool, actually, for once not being the one squirming, not feeling inexperienced and silly like she did every other time they were together, knowing that Ben had done entirely too much more than she had, and that he probably could get so much more elsewhere. She had thought Kaida was crazy when she had talked about things with Paul, things Isabella had assured her she hadn't wanted to hear, but well... Maybe she wasn't so crazy after all. Taking in a shaky breath, Isabella lips paused at one piece of skin and she sucked gently, bracing herself for the possibility of a negative response from him.

It had been awhile since he had done anything with a girl; him and Bella had had this..thing, whatever it was...going on for awhile now, and he hadn't been able to snog, fool around with, or shag a random girl since...well, since last year. So he was a bit sexually frustrated at the moment. Especially as she sat there in his lap, snogging him, kissing his neck..the feeling was amazing. Especially coming from her. He couldn't help the reaction he got from it. It was natural! He was a bloke! A horny bloke, with his very attractive...whatever she was, in his lap with her lips on his neck. Naturally he would get an errection, no matter how hard (no pun intended) he tried to fight it.

Isabella heard no objections from him, thank Merlin, and so she kept up her affections on his neck until she felt something odd poking her. It wasn't sharp by any means, but curious as to what it was, she glanced down, and her eyes widened considerably as she all but leapt off of him, eyes wide. "Is that a- Is that--" Isabella didn't have it in her to say it, but it was written all over her innocent little face. ERECTION?!

Well, that wasn't what he wanted to happen at all. His eyes popping opened fast, he looked at her, slightly alarmed. "Merlin! It's not like it doesn't happen to everyone," he muttered, running his hand over his face. Well this was..embarrassing. "Don't stop.." he muttered, obviously exasperated, but he knew it was a lost cause.

"Ben," she said weakly, jerking her gaze up away from his pants. "I'm not... I mean, we won't... you know..." Another one of those words that she just had entirely too much trouble getting out. "Have... sex. So maybe I should just stop." Her cheeks were burning. She and Ben weren't even officially dating, a fact that bothered her a bit to be honest, and she was beginning to think maybe she shouldn't have been doing anything at all with him if he wasn't her boyfriend. Maybe this was all wrong.

Ben sighed heavily, letting his head fall back against the couch. "I know, I know," he replied. He knew she wasn't going to, no matter how much he wanted it. "You don't have to stop though," he said, his head jerking up quickly. "I mean..it's not like I did that on purpose. It's a natural reaction. You were in my lap, you know. Stuff like that...happens." He felt sort of stupid having to explain it to her, as if she was dumb. He knew she wasn't...just inexperienced. Lifting his hand, he ran it over his messy hair. "It's not..bad."

Isabella stared at him as he went on about natural reactions and that he hadn't meant to do it like she was some sort of idiot who didn't understand bodily functions. "I'm not stupid, Ben," she said calmly, though for once her irritation was evident. If there was one thing that upset her, it was being talked down to. People had done it all her life because she was the quiet, shy, innocent one, but hearing it from Ben was more uspetting than usual. "We're just... we're not even dating! You haven't asked me to be your girlfriend and we're... doing stuff."

Ben sighed. "I know you're not stupid, I wasn't saying that," he muttered. He hadn't even meant to say the wrong thing this time, it just...happened. As usual. Blinking as she went on, obviously irritated, he hadn't expected what came out of her mouth next. Oh no. Well, that had to come sometime, didn't it? "Uh.." was the only response he could come up with, raising his eyebrows at her and running his hand back over his face. He was stuck.

Isabella stared at him. That hadn't been the reaction she had been hoping for. She had wanted something along the lines of 'well, we're practically dating now, so why not', not 'uh'.

"Uh?" she asked, her voice slightly strained. "That's all? Just... 'uh'?" She could feel tears building up, waiting for the words everyone had warned her were bound to come sooner or later. Was Adam right? Was he just using her all this time?

Fuck. "No, don't cry," he said, sitting up. A bit uncomfortably, of course, since he was still hard. This was wonderful. "I didn't mean just...Uh. I was thinking. You sort of caught me off guard." He held out his hand for her to come to him. "I didn't mean that, Bella.."

Don't cry. If boys hated it so much when girls cried, why did they insist on causing it so often. Girls didn't just cry for the fun of it, or at least Isabella didn't. She stared at his hand, unwilling to move closer, partially because she didn't want to be close to him if he told her no, and partially because he still had a hard on, and she wasn't sure she could handle being close to it at the moment. "What did you mean?" she asked weakly.

Who could blame boys for not wanting girls to cry? It was uncomfortable, awkward, and it was usually their fault. In the cas eof Ben, it was almost always his fault. Especially when it came to Bella. And he never knew what to do to stop it, either. "I don't know," he said with a sigh, letting his hand fall down to the couch. "I didn't mean anything, I didn't know what to say," he admitted. "You caught me off guard," he continued, "I just.." he sighed again, letting his head fall back against the couch. "You know I've never done this before.."

Isabella's arms moved up around her torso, to hug herself. He still hadn't asked her. Was he going to? "I've never done this before either," she pointed out softly. Ben had much more experience with women than she had with men. That was for certain. She didn't understand why it was so hard for him. They spent a lot of time together. They had even gone to that dance thing together! They kissed! Why was it so difficult? "If..." She swallowed nervously. "If you don't want to date me, just say it now, please," she whispered.

Ben let out another sigh. "I don't not want to date you, Isabella," he said faster than he realized it was going to come out. Lifting his head again, he opened his eyes. "I do want to date you." It surprised him again. That came out easier than he realized. Was he actually ready for a real girlfriend? It had been awhile, and it wasn't like he planned on seeing anyone else. It was a miracle that he had even stayed this long with Bella. He actually liked her. "I do."

Isabella looked over at him as he spoke, the word 'don't' making her throat constrict before he finished his sentence. He... wanted to date her? She could hardly believe she had heard it, and there was a part of her that wanted to make him repeat it, but she was honestly afraid he might take it back if she did. "You do?" She took a hesitant step toward him. "Really?"

Ben nodded, lifting his hand again to motion for her to come towards him. "Yes, really," he replied. What did he have to lose? He was already far into this, if she wanted to be with him, then she would get it. It scared him that he would do almost anything for her, even get into his first relationship to make her happy. But he would. Elena was going to get quite the kick out of this.

Bella moved, taking his hand as he gestured her closer. She glanced down, flushing at the sight of his pants, but she stayed close, just... not close enough for their hips to touch. "Okay," she said softly, a grin spreading over her features.

Pulling her closer, he grinned at her as her eyes darted down. "It's okay, it's pretty much gone...thanks," he joked, rolling his eyes. Nothing like a hard-on ruiner like popping that big question into the air. Not that he didn't want to be with her, because he would have walked away already if he hadn't. He smiled, though, at the sight of her face. She looked so happy. For once, he wasn't making her cry.

She laughed weakly, the pink of her cheeks turning red as she ducked her head into his chest. Sometimes she forgot how much taller than her he was, nearly an entire foot. She liked it, though. It made her feel safe when he pulled her close. "I'm sorry I... freaked out about... you know," she mumbled into his shirt.

Ben grinned wide. He loved the fact that she was so awkward and shy. She couldn't even say penis. "My penis? It's alright. And you know, it's not that bad of a word. You can say it." Grinning, he leaned up and kissed her on the cheek. "If you're going to be my girlfriend, you have to get used to that sort of stuff."

Isabella's eyes widened slightly as he told her she was allowed to talk about his... stuff. Isabella was not the sort of person who was comfortable with those kinds of 'dirty' words. 'Penis', 'vagina', 'sex', or heaven forbid 'masturbation' were not going to come out of her mouth without a fight. "I don't care if you say it," she said with a embarrassed smile.

Ben laughed, not really meaning to laugh at her, it was just too amusing. She could hardly say the words..which wasn't entirely reassuring, ebcause if she couldn't say it, could she... He couldn't think of that that now, otherwise he would start to go mad. "Yeah, well you know I will," he said with another laugh, "but why wont you?"

"I don't know. It's just..." Gross? Embarrassing? Not exactly lady-like (though Bell had pretty much never been lady-like)? "I don't know." Maybe it had something to do with the fact that Bella had no experience with any of those sorts of things. It was hard to talk about things you didn't know much about.

Ben raised an eyebrow. So much for making her happy. "Well.." he tried to think of a reasonable answer to that question. "Not..really?" Sure, it mattered to him. Did she except him not to want..something? Especially if she was his girlfriend. Sure, she was innocent, but couldn't she, you know, fool around a little? Maybe it was too early. "No, it doesn't," he said finally with a sigh.

She lifted her head slowly to look at him, biting her lip nervously. His sigh revealed that he wasn't entirely happy about that answer, and she'd heard said sigh an awful lot lately. "Ben... I'm sorry I freaked out. I was just... not expecting that. And it's not... I mean," She was stumbling over her words again, back to the old nervous habits. "It's not bad, but that's... It's never happened to me before because well," She laughed nervously. "No one's ever, you know, looked at me in that light to feel that way, so I mean..." She was rambling now. "It's natural to get caught off guard, but I still shouldn't have been so dramatic and everything and-"

"I am?" she asked softly. She knew that she looked different than she used to, more mature for sure, but the concept of being pretty was one that she applied to other people, not herself. She smiled gently at him. "You're... attractive to me, too." It felt silly saying it, and she couldn't help but let out a quiet laugh.

Ben just smiled at her. "Of course you are. Would I be dating you if you weren't?" That sort of came out..wrong. But at least it was honest. "Well..other reasons aside from that, of course," he said, raising his eyebrows at her. "But yes." When she said that he was attractive to her, he grinned. "Well that's brilliant."
