Who: Tony Flint and Piper Wood
What: Hogsmeade Date Proving he is not boring.
Where: Outside the Great hall and Hogsmeade

Tony has way too much on his mind to be amused by the mistakes of the 7th years. He'd been putting this Saturday out of his mind for days, and bow that it was here he couldn't exactly ignore it anymore. Now that he was waiting in the Great Hall for Piper Wood to show up.

He ran the scenario back through his head many times in the pursuit of figuring out how he'd gotten himself into this kind of predicament. What did it matter if people thought he was boring? Why did HE have to prove anything to Piper Wood of all people? His father was going to be furious. 'Dating the enemy's spawn!' he'd say. Tony could hear the howler in his head already. Even with Avalon being proud he had a 'date', she still said he could do better.

Not that this was a date. Far from it... Tony was just proving he wasn't boring. That was it... not a date. And he would make sure Piper Wood KNEW that! And speaking of her, Tony looked up to the stairs looking for her. Where was she anyway?!

Piper looked at him with a half smile. "That's nice, that you can go with your sister." She said softly. Piper looked down for a moment before looking up. Part of her wanted to ask about his father and what that was like. Piper never heard good things about Marcus Flint, she was told by her father to avoid Flint's no matter what.

"Yea. I have three siblings, Porter, Jacob, and Olie." She said simply with a shrug. "You have three too right?" She asked already knowing the answer. Piper not be as smart as Tony, but she tended to know families. She smiled softly at him again for no real reason other than she felt like she wanted to.

"She kind of encourages that kind of behaviour. We get along very well," Tony said with a half smile. He always got along best with Zara. Avalon always had her own interests, and Ian was too young.

Tony felt silly at that. She actually didn't have anymore siblings than he had. Maybe he wasn't as observant as he thought he was. "Yeah three too. Avalon, Zara and Ian," Tony answered.

Piper smiled. "That's really cool." She said honestly. Piper didn't know his sisters and honestly she never wanted to get to know them. "I guess I wouldn't have thought. But I don't know anything about them." She added... Speaking of his family. She blushed slightly.

"So I guess we have at least one thing in common." She said with a bit of a challenging smirk. Piper had to say something right? That was just how it was for her.

"I suppose goes the same for me, I don't know anything about your brothers," Tony added with a shrug. He didn't mind her talking about his family, she was admitting she didn't know anything. Piper wasn't insulting them or anything, but if she did... well Tony knew she already confessed to ignorance.

He chuckled a bit, "I suppose we do. Same size family, but complete ignorance to them. Though I suppose I never made an attempt to get to know your brothers. I mean only Porter is actually in our year, but Dad never would have approved of it of course. Now I simply don't care, and what he doesn't know won't hurt him."

"Yea." She said not really in the mood to talk about family. Piper didn't know his sisters, or his brother. All she did know was that she was pretty sure they probably were in some ways like Tony, and probably didn't like her because of her father....

Which really, why had he allowed himself to be challenged into spending time with her? She looked up when he said something about his father and not caring. "I don't think I could not tell my father if he asked me." She said shrugging. "He wouldn't like it at all though." She knew that really easily. The Flints were the family she was supposed to avoid.
