Mum,

Dad dating Sawyer Capper now. And he didn't tell us. Piper found out because they were on a date in Hogsmeade during our Hogsmeade weekend.

We're all upset. Piper is trying to separate herself from the family, Oliver punched out Gregory Goyle in Hogsmeade over his girlfriend, Porter is just scared I think. And I... I don't know what to do. Everyone keeps telling me I should talk to dad. I don't know why. He should hate me now... after everything that's happened. But he's taking it out on Piper instead.

I tried sending him an owl but... I haven't gotten any word yet. I think it's really unfair we're being kept in the dark about what he's doing, especially when he should tell us if he's getting better or not.

I was hoping you wouldn't mind a letter. I just needed to talk to someone... I've talked to Elena about it, she's this girl I'm seeing. But I wanted... just to talk to you. I miss you Mum. I hope you're happy.
